Swiss Lodge B&B is offering a beautiful lake & mountain view in a quiet, private area surrounded by 30 acres. We are located uptown only minutes from downtown Salmon Arm and the Shuswap Lake. Very quiet and peaceful area. There are many parking spots on our property. Very safe place. Generous inside-& /outside common area. All Suites with separate entrance & private washroom/Shower. Great half way stop between Vancouver-Calgary. Our guest says - the perfect place to stay longer. The B&B Suites are all on the ground floor! 100 % Wheelchair accessible. The building was designed as a B&B from the owner. The large half covered Patio invites you to relax & enjoy the peaceful scenery. It's set up with tables/chairs & umbrellas, especially for our guests. Ideal place for family reunions/anniversaries & weddings. We are running a hobby farm as well. 3 Horses, 1 Mule, 4 Goats, 2 Sheep, a few Chickens. There are many activities close by!
My daughter and I recently spent 3 nights at this lovely, peaceful, serene location in the Uptown part of Salmon Arm. The location was ideal for our summertime activities, and we enjoyed the beaches, provincial parks, markets and sights all close by. Lotti and Mauro are a delightful couple, and made sure our stay was comfortable. The lodge is beautifully constructed and we could see the pride of ownership in so many details. The hobby farm was a bonus, especially for my daughter who loves animals. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a lovely King size bed and modern futon as well as a small fridge. We made use of the large common area and kitchen facilities offered, as they sadly could not serve breakfasts due to Covid.🙁 I highly recommend staying at this vacation place.

Our room was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The amenities were excellent, the dining room, kitchen and patio were very suitable for our group. Lotti & Mauro were perfect friendly helpful hosts who made us feel "at home". The surroundings were beautiful - everything we needed was within easy reach - shopping, restaurants, etc. We look forward to the next tie we are able to visit

Wonderful stay in the Cougar room (only for one night, unfortunately). The hosts are extremely welcoming and you immediately notice the legendary Swiss tidiness. My wife and I highly recommend this wonderful B&B!!!

Previous reviews are spot on. This lodge is owned and operated by a Swiss couple who invite you to make it feel like home. You can cook in the kitchen (you might be lucky enough to have an egg from the chickens outside), you can chill in the living room or just sit outside and take in the beauty. Added bonus is the lovely animals on property, two horses, two goats, a peep of chickens, and Charlie, the loyal dog who loves treats and belly rubs! Bed and pillows were comfortable. My minor complaint is the lack of thermostats in the rooms.

This place is just wonderful. Our room was spacious (but still cosy) and had everything we needed. It was the perfect pitstop point on our road trip to Banff from Vancouver. It’s located right in central Salmon Arm so you’re close to restaurants and gas stations etc. I highly recommend staying here! 10/10.

We stayed in the ‘Cougar’ room, a beautiful room just off of the garden over looking the horses, goats and chickens. The king size bed was super comfortable! Comfortable, clean and the BEST hosts! Lotti & her husband make your stay very special. We had such a great time and look forward to returning.

The spacious, king bed suite, which was really two rooms, was immaculate, with a large bathroom for each bed. Beds were comfortable. The large seating area, with a big tv was comfortable and well appointed. We had access to a large common area complete with fridge and cooking area. This and the patio were very inviting. We also enjoyed the huge yard with access to horses, goats and chickens. Last but not least, our hosts, Lottie and her husband, felt like good friends who couldn’t do enough for us. Superior to any high end hotel I have been in.

My boyfriend and me stayed at Lotti’s beautiful Swiss lodge for the weekend. You can tell by how it looks how much love they put in this beautiful place! I really felt like being in Europe ! Watching the horses, goats and chickens in the morning was so calming! Lotti and her husband make you really feel welcome in their home. Would always come back to this wonderful place! Swiss Lodge is a very special place in a quiet, peaceful setting, with easy access to Salmon Arm. The bedroom suites are comfortable, clean and bright; the public spaces are welcoming and spacious. This is a very spacious lodging with large rooms and an excellent dining area. It is a 5 minute drive from almost anything in the city. We stayed 3 nights and were very pleased. It was slow season so there were not many people about. The grounds are huge and I wish we had explored a bit more. The price was very good. I guess it was different because of Covid -19, but I really miss the breakfasts and being able to share with other travellers. I fear this aspect may be gone forever. Nonetheless, this is a good choice.
