Nice, always full. This rv park must update / upgrade the wifi so it's available through out the park. Lots of campers spending $$ staying here, but without cable etc, must get the wi fi upgraded. 2nd year visiting.

We can’t say enough about how great this campsite is. They treat customers like family. The grounds are kept well, staff are friendly and helpful. When not in Covid times, they have a beautiful pool and hottub open for campers. They supply live music a few evenings a week. Lots of fun for all kids - playground, basketball court, pickle ball court, talent shows and dance parties. Their ice cream and Italian sofas are the best. 13 years and counting for our family.

We stayed here last summer for one night. We had rented an RV and were just driving through the Rockies on our way to Vancouver. When we got to Salmon Arm, we opted not to do the "roadside camping" thing that night and decided to find a campsite instead. Most places were booked solid, but these guys had a vacancy. After being on the road a few days, it was nice to enjoy the pool and have a full-size shower. After our swim, we grabbed another excellent bottle of BC wine and went out to the central area where they had some live entertainment going on. The place is well maintained, the staff is friendly, the campground was very quiet after dark, and the prices were reasonable. When we were checking out in the morning, we were surprised to find fresh baked goods for sale in the Campground store (I recommend the blueberry scones). When the rubber met the road again, we were refreshed, rested, and pleasantly surprised by our last-minute decision. The fresh scone went nicely with our morning coffee as we headed back out on the 97b; Westward bound.

Upon arrival we found it a little tight with our big rig & our friends pulling 30 foot trailer. Check in was quick & efficient. Sites are narrow but very long, so lots of room behind rig where fire pit is. Pool is large & clean. Hot tub seemed small for a resort with so many sites. Pickle ball, mini golf. basketball courts a nice touch with large covered area possibly for family reunions. Large grassy area by the pool. The property is side hill so roads in & out are sloped. Some highway noise. We would definitely stay again & bring the grandkids as there is lots for them to do. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Stayed for 2 nights while making our way home from Osoyoos. Chose the campground because of the pool & hot tub. The pool was ok. A little on the cooler side - but decent size. Most of the lounge chairs around the pool were broken or very old and worn. The Hot Tub only opens at 5pm!!!!! (Until 9:30pm) It also only fits a few people (6-8 comfortably?). The kids went in and said it was cold so we didn’t bother going in. Bathroom showers are very old. There is mold build up on the ceilings and around the bottom of the shower stalls. (pic included) Checked out the laundry facility to possibly run a load and the machines were VERY old and small. And they were all used so I didn’t have a chance to use them. Campground stalls are lovely! Very quiet and treed. The fire pits are dug into the ground which made for a very smoky fire - but it was nice to enjoy one in the evening!! Over all was a nice experience. The owners seemed very nice.
