We arrived late on a long road trip from Williams lake to Moose Jaw, SK. The owners were lovely, the room was old-fashioned and basic but so very clean. It had a full kitchenette so was perfect for feeding our kids breakfast in the morning. It's a bit loud on the highway but out back of the hotel is a lovely rural view. Good value for money.

Our room was clean, the bed comfy, the fenced backyard perfect for running the dog; it is a very good value. It looks like Not much from the road but I am really glad we found it. Even though you are on the highway, there isn't much road noise.

10 minutes from town.
Cons: Difficult to park a trailer and can be a bit of a wait to get onto the highway. They knew very little about the community highlights including the Music Festival which they knew we had come for
Pros: Owners are friendly. The free Wifi had a ping=16, download=15.6, upload=5.1 at breakfast time. The room was clean and had been newly renovated. Microwave and fridge with free coffee packs in the room. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Although we were close to the highway the room seemed to be well insulated and noise was never an issue. We had called to reserve and the room was easy to book with them. It has AC that was easy to operate but a bit high if you were going to turn it off/on. We were rarely at the room except to unwind and sleep. It met our needs perfectly.

Cute little motel right on number 1.
Convenient and clean. We didn't really notice the traffic noise but we were not there during the day. How much time will a person spend at the room with so many great beaches to visit.

This is the best value place you can find in an area with zero vacancy in peak season so book ahead! The couple running this motel keeps it safe, clean and tidy. I wish all motels were going out of their way to make you feel like at home. Don't forget the spacious backyard for bbq! Definately recommend!

Favorite place to stay in Salmon Arm by far!

The rooms are renovated, with laminate flooring, super comfy beds and pillows, great mini fridges and microwaves. Flat screen tv's with cable. And the price is so easy on the budget!

We stayed on Saturday of the long weekend and the price is the same price as any other weekend - which is great on the budget! Room was a little warm on arrival but the window air conditioner cooled it off and kept it chilly in no time! We slept like babies on that cushy mattress topper! And the coffee in the room was wonderful as always - one of the my favorite things is the coffee!

We will definitely stay again!

Nice place to spend a night without breaking the bank. Yes, it may be outdated but that actually adds to the charm. The room was very clean was nicely set up with a flat screen TV, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and dishes.

I would definitely stay there again. 85 bucks for a room in August! Exceeded my expectations. Very friendly!

Clean, cheap and cheerful and excellent to stay at for a night. Conveniently located on the highway (so can hear a bit of traffic) and owned by a friendly couple who were wonderfully accommodating. Excellent stop after a long day's drive and great value for your money. Even has a mini-fridge, coffee maker, flat screen tv, microwave, fan & AC. Awesome deal.

Our stay at Calvan motel was great. The rooms were clean and very reasonably priced. The owners were very accommodating. The wifi was free and working all the time. We are definitely coming back on our next trip to BC.
