We booked just the regular rate room and showed up to realize we got the biggest suite in the whole place!! It was such a beautiful hotel, very clean, highly recommend! The shower was so beautiful and the beds were very comfy! Check in was super easy.

I took a 1 week ski trip from Whistler to Revelstoke to Banff and stayed at a few different hotels. This was the most expensive hotel I stayed at it was 3 times the price of the cheapest hotel I staid at. Despite being the most expensive it had the fewest amenities of all the hotels. It was the only hotel that didn't offer a continental breakfast. I stayed at a hotel with a pool and waterslide that was 55% of the price of this hotel. This is why I have staying in my camper Van when I travel in recent years even if you pay top dollar you might still have a bad experience. This hotel wasn't dirty it was just way overpriced. If you don't want you're streets clogged with camper Vans I suggest you don't allow hotels like this one to operate because I will use my camper Van more if hotels treat me like this.

Horrible hotel since they changed to Northwinds. No room cleaning at all during a 5 night stay. They mentioned nothing of taking out the hot tubs when we booked. They no longer have garbage cans outside and have taken the continental breakfast out and now charge more than the Days Inn charged. Will never stay here again.

Staffs are very friendly and understanding . Very convenient location. 15 mins to the mountain. Will come back next time. The wall isn’t sound proof, so if your neighbors are noisy you’ll have trouble resting. I don’t have anything else to say here but trip advisor forced me to use at least 200 characters :(

Great spacious clean rooms! I really appreciated the online check-in, I was running late due to the pass being closed for Avalanche Control, but the ease of just walking to my room without check-in after a wild drive is greatly appreciated. Booking was easy, and all of the employees that I interacted with were great! Definitely will stay here again.

The bed is so comfy and soft! The pillows are so fluffy and the room is nice and warm when you arrive! It’s honestly one the best hotels I’ve stayed at and I will be coming back! There is a coffee machine in the room and ice machines downstairs, there’s even a washer dryer if needed and vending a machine! If not a shame the hot tubs are closed for the winter but still an Awsome hotel!

The place was clean and in a great location for the price! I would definitely stay here again. Towels and sheets felt new and the beds were comfy. I’ve stayed at plenty of places like the north winds and this is one of the better ones. Basecamp knows what they are doing.

Great hotel. Nice location I really like the check in and no card for your room just a code. It was cozy and pet friendly. Had to stop due to road closure. It was great and very reasonable price. Great value. I would highly recommend anyone passing through to stop in.

This place has gone downhill in the past year. The hot tubs do not work. They no longer serve breakfast. They don't provide daliy cleaning services and yet they charge a service fee. Not impressed. Will not come back.(The new ownership is cutting costs.
