The AlpenRose is located in a quiet neighborhood beside the forest. We are 3 mins to the gondola at Revelstoke Mountain Resort and 5 mins from downtown and all amenities. I have four comfortable modern bedrooms. Each room has a beautiful view of the mountains, quality linens, private bathrooms with environmentally friendly bath products, full HD cable, wifi and in room climate controls. There is also a seasonal hot tub. You have a choice from a variety of breakfast options and your meal is prepared fresh daily using locally sourced ingredients as much as possible. Ski and city bus run right outside the door! There is a beautiful lake 2km away and there are hiking trails right outside my door. I (hostess) can and will help you plan your adventure rain or shine! I hope to see you soon!

Detailed Reviews
Great location, quiet neighbourhood and everything is close by in Revelstoke. Jimmy and Laura are amazing hosts. We pulled up last minute and they accommodated us. Everything was sparkling clean, and you have everything you need in the common kitchen downstairs (water, tea, coffee, fridge, games...) and in your private room and bathroom (fresh bedding, shampoo, soap, fresh towels...). We slept great on the bed and my husband doesn't say that often when we stay in new places. Breakfast was the best you'll get - Jimmy is a professional chef and the meal was hearty, nutritious, and delicious. Thanks Laura an dJimmy, we will be back.

We just spent 4 nights with Laura and Jimmy. They were great hosts. We started each day with a hearty breakfast enjoyed out on the patio before heading off for our day of golfing, hiking or mountain biking.
Jimmy is a great cook and with 5 options to choose from you don’t need to worry about eating the same thing all the time. I really enjoyed the eggs benny!
Both hosts were also very interested in helping answer our questions about various biking trails, lake spots or restaurant options which really helped us make the most of our visit.
Our room was small but well appointed with shelves and hanging hooks so we could stay organized. Also really appreciated the A/C since it was smoking hot for our stay.
We hope to return some time when we come back to Revy. After all, we still need to ride the Frisby Ridge trail.

Stayed in family room with adjoining doors and loved everything about this place. Breakfast was fantastic, location a few minutes from the ski hill, the hot tub at the end of a ski day felt awesome. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful in information as dining recommendations, sightseeing, etc. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Revelstoke. Thanks for the wonderful weekend getaway!!!

Jimmy & Laura we’re both extremely hospitable. We phoned ahead to let them know our arrival time and Laura was standing in the driveway waiting for us. Due to Covid each of the rooms has it’s own breakfast sitting, and breakfast was delicious as prepared by Chef Jimmy. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Alpenrose will definitely be our destination on our next trip to Revelstoke.

As a family of four, we found the Mackenzie Suite perfect for our needs. Our teenaged sons each had their own spacious bed, and we had our own bedroom. We all slept really well due to the cooling ceiling fans, super comfortable beds, and the fact that the house is well set up for a quiet night's sleep. Jimmy creates an assortment of beautiful fresh breakfasts and offers easy and interesting conversation, while Laura's insider tips on suitable bike trails and activities at the Revy Mountain Resort were very much appreciated. I sure hope we can make our way back to Revy and stay at the Alpenrose again. Thank you!

Me and my buddy were on our bike trip in BC. Spent a night at Alpenrose and was a great decision. Laura welcomed us and we have a great chat with her. Rooms are very cozy and have everything needed. Jimmy served us awesome breakfast next morning. They also let us store our bikes in the garage which was an absolute peace of mind. Will definitely visit again. Thanks again Laura & Jimmy:)

Stayed in the little suite off the downstairs laundry room. Very comfortable with a kitchen and private bathroom, steps away from the outdoor hot tub.
The fresh yoghurt and fruit with milk and juice provided in the fridge was a nice touch to add to our make your own breakfast.

The B&B feels just like home and the executive chef Jimmy makes the best breakfast I have ever had. I highly recommend the eggs benny. They have 2 rooms with private ensuite bathrooms and then 2 more rooms with a shared bath for groups of 2 or 3 that each want their own bed. The shuttle to the ski resort goes right past the property and is very convenient.

Very lovely experience - far more personal than the other options typically associated with an overnight stay. Quiet neighbourhood, safe parking, comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast, and conscientious hosts (who are very knowledgeable about local attractions and recreational opportunities). Jimmy our morning cook is a culinary trade specialist so you know everything he makes is going to be yummy. Menu item choices and breakfast time options are considered when you arrive. Bathrooms are well provisioned. The guest rooms are upstairs and the family lives quietly in a different part of the home. I took one star off for the older home setting but that is also a large part of the charm.
