Had the choice between a room that smelled like pee and one that smelled like cigarettes and pee. Lock didn’t work on our door so I had to bring my valuables with me in the car. Slept fully clothed because everything felt gross. Do not come here.

This place was really cheap but the tv didn’t work and they gave me ten dollars off I didn’t mind that much as it still had Netflix. You check in at the gas station and the man was super friendly. However my room was smelling of smoke and the base board heater barely worked so I was freezing in the room had to ask them to provide me with a small plug in heater which helped .

Booked 2.5 weeks early with employee named Chase. He gave us total price on the phone with tax included. The morning of arrival date I called to confirm and left my name and number on machine but received no call back. Then when we arrived apparently there was no documentation that I had booked 3 weeks prior. Older Female clerk complaining about her back pain because she had worked to hard had taken note of my inquiry by phone in am- gave me a rate $15 more than what was promised 2.5 weeks prior. She said rates never change there. Revelstoke hotels are not reasonable at all and very limited for pet friendly- since I was exhausted and just wanted a bed; we took the room even after visually quickly checking it and ignored my sense to keep driving to next town. Plus at the higher than quoted price as I was to tired to deal with crappy service. Air conditioner was sketchy - we were afraid to turn on with what it might blow. Room already stunk of mixture of bleach and strong skunky marijuana. At least the smell of bleach made me feel room had been cleaned. I did however use my sleeping bag on top of the bed, because I did not feel confident in cleanliness. Long term residence renters must subsidize this dated motel. I was happy it was quiet so able to sleep. Unfortunately because of heat we had to have windows open - so the smell of cigarettes and marijuana was strong as neighbours did not have sense to walk away from the motel front. There is no plug in bathroom, no shampoo available. One plug in room - but you need to unplug the air conditioner if you need both for electronic recharging. If you have mobility-clumsy issue- be very careful getting in and out of tub. (Shower) the tub is a weird step up, so when you are getting out it is awkward. In years of staying at motels - and being able to look past a lot - just to have a place to rest my head-this one takes the cake on sketchy. I wish I had of read reviews before we were on road and exhausted or I would have driven to next town.

The place is very old but it has character. The beds are comfy and there are smart TVs and the price is right! Staff is friendly:) Only suggestion would be a new paint job in “non-smoking” rooms. They still smell very much of smoke. Overall great stay and would stay again :)

Stay to break up the road trip. Room and bath were small but clean. Ok bed. Fridge was noisy so it got unplugged, microwave also in the room. New roku tv and cable were a trick to figure out. For 60 bucks it was just fine.

First, the look of the motel is very bad. The motel store is in a conviniant store at a gas station. The rooms are tiny and smelly. They don’t even feel as if it was cleaned. The towels were dirty. Would deffenently not come back. I’ve stayed at way better places for that price.

The worst place I've chosen to stay. It says that the check in is until 12 at night. I knew I was going to arrive a little late (11:30 p.m.) so I got a phone call and the guy who took me told me that they were there until 12 at night and in case we got to the motel later there was always a paper in front of the door we could call. Well, we arrived before 12 and we did not find anyone. We started to call the phone number and the answering machine always jumped. We went around the motel by car in case we saw the supposed person who should be attentive. We saw a man smoking outside a house but we thought it was another guess. Well after 20 calls and being 12:45am someone answered the phone. Far from apologizing, the man (Gorkish) told us that he was smoking, that he had not received any calls and that no one told him that we were going to arrive at night. We asked to speak with the manager and he told us that the next day in the morning we could. I save myself in detailing the conditions of the room: dirty and smelly. Following with the check in, the next day in the morning I ask again to speak with the manager, and not only the man who was in the office (old man with a long beard) did not let me speak with the manager but laughed at me and said it was my fault for not have called to the number(obviously gorkish told him that we had requested to speak with the manager). It's not necessary to say that the price of the room was charged completely.

Arrived late on crappy road travel night and went into the first place we came across.... was easy to unload the truck into the room, but it was quite small, and buddy had left half way through earlier that evening, so the room wasn't cleaned up after he had left.... slept in our clothes, didnt shower, and left quickly in the morning... could have stayed for the cut out photo op, but that too was sketchy
