Had a great one night stay at this hotel. A little surprised by the jacuzzi in the bedroom of room 119 but had a great nights sleep, despite the trains. We ate dinner and had a few drinks in the pub on-site and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The hotel staff are very friendly and can’t do enough to help. Great breakfast too which was included in the room price

We stayed at the Regent Hotel for 2 nights as a stopover to break up the long drive from Whistler to Lake Louise. The hotel, ticked all the boxes, being central to the charming town of Revelstoke, clean, large rooms & free breakfast included. There was also free parking behind the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants in the area to walk to & of course the hotel has a restaurant as well (although we didn't try it unfortunately). Staff were also nice & we thought that for the area, it offered good value for money. The Meadows in the Sky nearby are also well worth the short drive if you are staying in town!

Beds were great. Staff were helpful. Bathroom was spacious with an amazing tub. Buffet breakfast was ok - nothing great. Great location. There was a window AC unit which did the job. The size of the room was great !

What a beautiful refurbished hotel! If you are in the area, this is a must stay. Donna and the receptionist went above and beyond to be accommodating and showed us a couple of rooms that we could choose from. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and so kind.

I would have given this hotel a 5 if they had provided a kettle and bottled water in the room. Everything else was great. Staff very welcoming. The room was lovely and big, nice toiletries. Real fast was adequate. We had our evening meal at the pub adjoining the hotel, excellent, staff very friendly. The lasagna was really good, reasonably priced.

Thank yo for your review, Wendy. We do offer kettles at the front desk for our guests, I am sorry this wasn't communicated. Our aim is to steer away from plastic use in our hotel, our tap water is delicious and we recommend bringing a water bottle with you to enjoy it next time. We hope to see you again soon!

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is comfortable but there is no refrigerator. We had to fill the ice bucket to keep our coffee creamer chilled. The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance of many restaurants.

stayed one night with group, decent breakie set up for us. The only problem was these huge bugs cause of the time of year, harmless but yuck. Stink bugs invade the area & from the forests. WAS LUCKY to witness the installation of art on the side of hotel.

Thank you for your positive review. Yes in the fall, the "Western conifer seed bugs" are looking for warmth and find there way into the hotel. They are harmless as you mentioned. We hope to see you again soon

It’s a good traditional hotel in the centre of town. we found it quiet and were pleased with the on-site parking. Our room was large, well-furnished and very clean. Breakfast was particularly good - I enjoyed my sausage and scrambled eggs. They also have, what looks to be, a good restaurant - better to book in advance. Their pub is a loud place offering standard North American food. Only negative is no kettle or fridge in the rooms. They are aware of this so they will store anything you want in their breakfast room fridge and make available complimentary tea and coffee in the pub. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Older rooms but big. No fridge or coffee maker, carry luggage up 4 or 5 stairs. Put off a bit at reception by a rude Manager who seemed outraged at our equest to check in before the 4 o'clock specified time. Included breakfast and service there was very good Overall it was okay

The black mold in our bathroom was just the beginning ... pubic hairs in our bed was the next ... and then it was the bounce from the patio. We arrived fairly late in the evening, and thought we would catch a bite to eat on one of the Hotel Restaurant patios. We were greeted by a group of 10 or so people, all of their chairs forming and circle and blocking the patio entrance. One of the individuals shared that she worked at the Hotel. With 4-6 tables visibly empty, we asked if we could join them on the patio ... we would sit in the corner so not to bother their crowd. The employee of the Hotel turned around in her chair and rudely stated, "There's a patio in the back. I know because I work here." We tried to make light of the situation, and she simply sat there with her group of friends ... not moving at all to make space for us. We left and went to the back patio where there were drunk patrons dancing amongst the hanging plants. To say the least, we felt uncomfortable and unfortunately will not be returning.
