Nice hotel, spotless rooms and with everything you need. Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms.
The location is far from the centre, but you can get there easily by car in 2 minutes.

Breakfast is a bit poor and served in a very small space near the reception.

Basic hotel, clean, the bed was a bit too soft, but, otherwise, one night stay was just fine. For breakfast they had cereal, milk, waffles, toast, bagels, cream cheese, fruit. Outside there is some construction, and train line is nearby, so you can hear it in your room.

The hotel was well situated for my trip, but I don't view it as being a good place to stay. They did accommodate me with a ground floor room as I can't handle stairs due to a mobility issue. The "grap and go" breakfast included a peanut butter bar which can be an issue for some people and I feel was a very poor choice to offer.

I would give this hotel a zero if I could, but the 1 star is for the front desk only. They were professional and nice and accommodating, but the cleaning staff needs to be fired. I’m surprised the health authority hasn’t been called. Doors don’t close tightly and latch to lock doesn’t work, the toilet isn’t sealed on the floor so
You breathe in sewer smells, the walls are peeling and disgusting, I wiped the surfaces of both bathroom and table and TV cabinet and all had disgusting dirt on them. The beds…pull out a sheet of plywood and throw a sleeping bag on it and you’ll have just as much comfort!! Horrible!! One light in the whole room so dingy and dark. The hot tub was “under maintenance” the whole time so never got to use it and apparently this happens a lot according to reviews. The pool is supposed to be heated to 26 degrees of which it was not, glacial water is warmer. The pool area was disgusting!! The bathroom floors were nasty!! There was 1 bottle of shampoo for a family! For 250.00 a night if my hard-earned money could have been better accommodations! I will never stay here again and I won’t be recommending it to anyone!! No point in complaining to staff because according to reviews they don’t care. I’m thinking this is owner run, they don’t want to spend the money to repair/clean/fix up, run the hot tub, or heat the pool! Never again!! Oh and the vending machine is constantly down apparently, probably can’t afford to fill it.

When paying over 240.00 for a room, Covid or not it should be clean, the fridge was dirty and food stuck to it. Beds looked like they haven’t been cleaned. Breakfast was a cake muffin still frozen and a juice box..I would have liked a yogurt and fruit even a breakfast sandwich for the money you pay. If you read this please look at Ramada 100% better

I great basic, well-kept hotel. Quiet. Good breakfast buffet. EV charger available. It is a two-floor hotel with no elevator, so those with mobility issues might want to check to make sure there are rooms available on the first floor. We were quite happy with it, overall.

Family run hotel. Staff is attentive and accommodating with guests request. 1 room fit 6 people easily to their 3 queen size. I love that the 2 beds are together and 1 bed is separate for some privacy. Has microwave, tvs for both rooms, coffee maker and fridge.

For à low price, a good 3 queen size bed with free breakfast is always a win!

Good location.

Carpet needs upgrade and towels. Otherwise, will stay again

Location is great, 15 minutes to ski resort. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms were good size, clean, beds are comfortable. There was no microwave in the room but we were more than welcome to use the one in the breakfast kitchen area. Due to COVID the breakfast is a grab and go which meant there were paper bags with a juice, muffin and granola bar. There were also burritos to heat up as well as yogurt, bananas, apples and coffee to be had. The hot tub is by reservation and in half hour instalments. There are 2 FLO plugins available for EVs. Our room looked onto the gas station next door (with a Tim Hortons) but the blackout curtains worked wonderfully and it was quiet. Great bathroom amenities with shampoo, conditioner and nice soaps. We were a party of three and they already had the room equipped with three sets of towels. Lots of skiers stay here. There is a SaveOn about a 5 minute drive away.

Continental Divide (2020). Super 8, located easily off the Trans Canada highway into Revelstoke hosted for two separate nights and in both cases provided clean rooms and simple check-out. The pandemic had caused the motel take the prescribed practices whereas, the breakfast, pool and other amenities were not available. The in-room amenities included a small bar fridge and multiple channels available on the television and soap and towels.

The stay was very enjoyable

Our room was absolutely gross. Wallpaper coming off, dust and skin cells on the headboard, the fridge had a sticky substance down the sides and front, walls were stained with all sorts of stains, the toilet was not properly anchored so it moved around, the duvet had black marker writing on it and was lumpy, the bed itself was okay, the chair on the room was so heavily stained that no one wanted to sit on it, the carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed. The hottub was not working, it had an odd pea pod at the bottom of it. The pool had a green hue. The vending machine was out of order. We went out for the day, came back and our key cards had been deactivated so had to wait to have it reactivated. The location is horrible to get out of on to the main drag. Right on the edge of town away from the shops and restaurants. Unable to post the video and pics that I took of the entire room unfortunately. Would not stay again.
