Stayed in a 3 bedroom unit. Layout was excellent with bedrooms on the main floor; and living room, dining, kitchen on the second floor with the amazing views of the mountains and Columbia river.
Well built, no noise from the upstairs reached the bedrooms while the kids were sleeping.
Check-in was flawless and all care seemed to be taken in terms of additional Covid precautions. Unit was well appointed; it is all brand new and in great condition - washer and dryer were great after some warm spring skiing; as was the hot tubs! Again everything is new and clean; and towels are provided

We travelled as a family with our 3 month old. We couldn’t hear people in other rooms at all even though the parking lot was full. I was a bit worried about our baby being loud or other people waking her up, but that was a total non-issue. I loved having the full kitchen and private laundry. However, we did have a problem with the washing machine not draining. Nicole was awesome and so quick to come help us and get it working! (Who knew all you need to do is weigh the lid of the washer down with a kettle full of water lol). She also brought us more coffee filters so fast and made booking the hot tub so easy. I loved the beautiful prints of local art on the walls, and the made in BC soap and lotion in the bathroom.

Family of 4 (2 teenagers). We stayed on the 2 bedroom style.
This place is so quiet, so clean & new. The staff were super friendly & helpful.
We loved the beautiful location - with views of the river, trees, & mountains.
We absolutely loved having the extra space & such a great layout with bedrooms on a separate floor.
The beds are very comfortable (even the pullout couch) and the linens don't have an extreme laundry scent. Bathrooms super clean - loved having multiple bathrooms with a family of 4 (2 teenagers).
The only thing I would change would be a having a pathway down to the river... not a deal breaker at all.
We would highly recommend Basecamp Resorts and we will stay here again.

My wife just stayed at Basecamp Resorts Revelstoke for 2 days. We stayed in a lower floor 1 bedroom suite which was (very modern, very clean, new furniture, in-suite washer/dryer, quartz counter top and large flat screen TV with Telus Optik). We spent a lot of time on the patio taking in the peace and quiet watching the blue Columbia river flow by. The hot tub was great and it is really nice to reserve a time so you can relax with your party. Revelstoke Restaurants delivered as the resort is still close to town. Loved the remote check-in. No issues with hot water for shower. Nicole at the (front desk/reservations) was amazing and made our stay more comfortable. We would stay again at Basecamp Resorts Revelstoke in a heartbeat.

Suggestions for Improvement:
- Clothes hangers for the closet would have been nice as there was no dresser.

We chose Basecamp Resort because the total cost was less expensive than booking two hotel rooms in Revelstoke. What an amazing resort, clean, spacious, modern and a beautiful view.
The beds were very comfortable, two full bathrooms plus a half bath. Kitchen even had coffee to brew in the morning.
The best part was the amazing view from the deck; sat outside with a cold drink and watched the sun set.
The resort is only five minutes out of town, totally worth it to stay here as it was a quick drive into Revelstoke to eat at a restaurant. I highly recommend to stay here

Room was nice but the essential items provided like the hand soap and body lotions were used by previous customers. The resort charged for the garbage containing empty bottles. This is the first time when some resort charges you for the essential items and the mattresses were full of hair follicles. They are providing the same items to the customers in this time of COVID-19. We returned the empty garbage to them so that they can take off the useless charges.

We are sorry that you are not pleased about being charged for taking items from the unit. The items are listed in the guest information booklet as chargeable if taken and not free. These reusable items are all sanitized between stays as are all our units. We do hope that you will find another hotel more to your liking when you are next visiting beautiful Revelstoke.

We had an amazing stay at Basecamp Revelstoke last weekend. Self check-in worked great! We easily found our room, put in the code and gained access without having to talk to anyone! We stayed in a 2 level 2 bedroom unit. It was interesting that the upstairs was the living area and downstairs the bedrooms. This gave us a most spectacular view of the Columbia River totally surrounded by mountains from our living and dining rooms. We had a quiet night’s sleep on a very comfortable bed and the suite was fully complemented with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a feast! We found a trail system right across the road from the hotel that took us up to Revelstoke National Park. This has to be one of the nicest places in town and we are definitely going back!

The units are great and clean and modern. The different units can accommodate small to large families. Great view of the river and mountains. Was affordable and close to town and all amenities. Sucks the BC forest fire smoke rolled in our second day and blotted out the sky but staff were easy to deal with and helpful. We extended our stay by a day. Would be nice if there were a few more hand towels for the kitchen but if you need anything you could call or text for assistance and they will provide it.

The beds and pillows were excellent and comfortable and our kids loved their room. Slightly larger side tables or some USB charge outlets would be helpful but that would be only a "nice to have". We had a 2 bedroom quite with the pullout couch. Slept 2 adults and 2 tweens and one 3 year old easily.

The stay at the resort was amazing. This resort is new, and the staff are amazing. Sammy and Nicole both went out of there way to make sure we were well taken care of. The view of the Columbia river from the upstairs living room/kitchen and out the front door was amazing. Our air conditioning wasn’t working but we had a unit which cooled it down. Read the instruction booklet for Wi-Fi password and how to book the hot tubs. There was a hiking trail across the road and a very short drive into Revelstoke. It was very clean. We had a two bedroom unit. There is a washer dryer in unit and they supply one tab but I would bring extra. A great stay and amazing staff. Including friendly cleaning staff who do a great job

What a stunning location above the river! Very peaceful! We had two, two bedroom units side by side. The adjoining door on the upper floor between the two units was perfect to allow for easy visiting. The units themselves were new looking, clean, and had everything we needed. Booking the hot tubs for our group was easy and efficient. The staff were very quick to respond to any questions etc that we had. Highly recommend staying here!
