This is my second review of the Sandman, and I'm writing it because we still like this place, plus the front desk clerk gave us a great upgrade when we arrived too early to get into the room reserved for us. We have stayed here several times, twice in the last two weeks. I recommend the rooms at the back,...

Thank you again for your kind remarks, I am happy you enjoyed you visit with us. I am afraid that you are right about the back of the hotel, it is not at our usual standard at this point. I can however assure you we are taking steps to tidy up an replace some elements. I hope to see you...

We stayed here for one night and had dinner at the attached restaurant, the Heartland. The room was excellent except they should place the power bar close to the desk so everyone's electronic devices could be plugged in. Beds were comfortable and room was clean with lots of towels. The restaurant was short of some of the items on their...

Great value for the money but it is kind of in the middle of no where. The room was clean, linens were fresh and white, and almost everything was perfect except for the television and window. The television was great - the cable not so much. The channels came in so bad that it was like watching snow on television....

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I am happy that you would visit us again. I do agree with you that on occasion the TV reception in Princeton is not fantastic, we are working with our provider to improve the selection and reception in the area. Thank you again and hope to see you in the future....

We stayed the night here because our campsite was full. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The beds are comfy and cozy. Rooms are big lots of room. Clean too. Close to shopping or attractions leave the car parked go for a stroll

The location is a bit dated but it is clean. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is all right. Lots of hot water. The wifi has decent speed. Fridge and microwave in the room. All in all i would recommend it to friends.

Have stayed here before and always find it comfy and clean..the staff is friendly and kind and always very helpful. We stayed on a recent bike trip and had a very resting stop over and an amazing restaurant within the hotel that has all homemade cooking . This hotel is affordable and a nice stop over in princeton

We had a room on top floor, very warm so put on air conditioner - very noisy! But, did have a remote so you didn't have to get out of bed to adjust temperature. Our room faced highway, traffic noise as well. Beds comfy, room clean. We only stayed the one night.

OK, let's keep it real. There's not much in Princeton, so I wasn't expecting much. Everything in this town is old and tired. The Sandman is old and tired ( they still use real keys instead of cards) but they actually take good care of it. The room was clean and suited us just fine for 2 nights in room...

We came into Princeton late on a Friday night (midnight) and were trying to find a place to stay. We drove around but all the inns were closed. We decided to try the Sandman. Located at the top of the hill just on the outskirts of town. Older place but is clean and the rooms have been updated including the beds.
