The staff at the Hospitality were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The facility has all anyone could ask for - restaurant was open for breakfast each day - not open every night for dinner but the pub was open on the nights the restaurant wasn't and you could order off either menu. Nice large parking lot that would accommodate any size...

Stayed here for two nights and found the room very comfortable with nice decor. The bathroom was extremely small and I could only find one pillow on the bed that was not too hard. Unfortunately I was very near the ice machine so that added to the noise of the room. Lobby was under renovation but this wasn't a major...

Thank you for your comments. It is great to hear that your family had a comfortable stay with us and enjoyed the Thanksgiving Dinner buffet. The pool is a great way to relax after a hockey tournament too. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back.

Beware this hotel has hockey teams staying with them on the weekends all winter! If you want a quiet peaceful nights sleep, this is not the place for you! Parents and their children took over the hallways talking and playing until way past midnight - taking the hotel chairs outside their rooms and placed them in the hallways and then...

Good value, clean room had been re-done, comfy beds which had white duvets which are swapped out daily...so no musty old quilt. Apparently the pool and hotub are a newer addition. For Port Alberni.....this would be a 4 star. The front desk ladies were really nice, accommodating and informative. Thought the breakfast was a little overpriced for what you got....

We stayed here for just one night but the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We are lucky we don't drink a lot of coffee as you were only given enough for one cup each. You can buy more pods for $1 each but I think these should be thrown in with the room rate. We were lucky...

The room were fine - clean - nothing fancy but the bed was amazing. Nice to have such a great sleep when I was away on business. I did take advantage of the hotel gym and walked on the treadmill. I didn't have time to take advantage of the pool

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The room was a decent size; the bed comfortable and enough space for storage. The hotel has a pool and spa which we used on the first night. Not in perfect condition, and I found a plaster on the side of the spa. Breakfast was a bit over-priced. Overall, a decent place...
