A group of us rented this property for a ski weekend. We all had our own rooms/bathrooms. It was well stocked. And the location is great....downtown shopping, and restaurants are all within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again!

This guesthouse was the perfect spot for our girls ski trip getaway! Suites were very comfortable and we appreciated all of the supplies in the kitchens (coffee, tea, s&p, olive oil, honey, etc!). Lots of vintage charm, too.

Thanks so much Holly! We love to host groups as we know how nice it is for us when we travel with family and/or friends and we can gather together in a place that we can feel comfortable and relaxed in. You're welcome back anytime!

Very comfortable suites (we've stayed in 2 of them) and easy walking distance to Baker Street, the best coffee shop in the world and the lake. We found everything we needed to make our own meals - even baked a salmon - so much like being at home while on the road. Clean, simple and comfortable - our 1st choice...

That's great! We relocated our guesthouse from uphill Nelson to it's current location and we were worried that it would be "too in the centre of the busy-ness" of Nelson. But we are finding people expressing just your sentiments about loving being able to walk to everything and enjoy our downtown core. That's awesome...thanks for the review!

I stayed in the Herridge Lane suite for 3 weeks while attending school. The room is well decorated, comfortable and clean. It contains a kitchen, private bath and has its own entrance. Located right off of main street makes it very convenient for shopping and getting out and about town. The owners were friendly and attentive to my needs. There...

Thanks so much Dawna! We are so happy that you liked your suite and the guesthouse. I love that little Herridge Lane Suite and am so glad that you did too! You were here when we had some of our big dumps of the white fluffy stuff this year...now it looks like spring time in town! We are still hoping...

My Husband and I have stayed three times, twice in the Falls Suite and once in the Victoria Suite. The rooms are much more charming in person than in the pictures. On our first stay when the power went out, the owners came over with candles and flashlights right away. The kitchenettes are a big selling feature as it makes...

We stayed here for a soccer tournament in Nelson. Much better than a hotel. Fully equipped kitchen, bunk beds for the kids, separated bedroom for the adults, and a nice living room area. Also has a BBQ! Why would U stay in a hotel (for the same price)? The house has a charming vintage style. Also virtually right downtown and...

The three of us absolutely enjoyed our stay in the victoria suite. It was spacious and very clean, and felt warm and welcoming, with all the comforts of home. The front garden of the guest house was beautiful, and the scent of roses and lavender welcomed us every morning, when we ventured outside on our walks to the core of...

My boyfriend and I spent the night in the Verandah Suite for our anniversary and were absolutely thrilled! The entire place was charming and we were beyond happy with our room, especially since the price was so great! The room was fully equipped and very inviting. The Guesthouse is right in downtown so we could easily walk just about anywhere we...

We totally enjoyed our stay in the Baker Suite of this guest house. There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable. It is a large 4 suite heritage home, so it is old, but very nicely updated ,renewed ,decorated and maintained--the "old' is beautiful and adds to the great character of this home.It is centrally located and a simple...

We were very pleasantly surprised at the space we had, better than the photographs indicated and the view out onto Falls Road was very pleasant. We had no problems with the beds, perfectly fine and quite liked the eclatic mix of furniture and the period character of the building. The heating was if anything too much and we often had...
