We stayed over the weekend for our sons hockey tournament, and were very pleased! The amenities were nice, and the breakfast was great. We were very happy that our dog was able to stay with us, and that even though it was a pet friendly room it was clean and didn’t have any lingering animal smells or stains. I’ve stayed in pet friendly hotels before that were absolutely disgusting, so it was very refreshing to stay here where the room was well maintained! The beds were softer than we are used to, so our sleep wasn’t great, but that’s not through any fault of the hotel. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, and I’d stay here again myself!

This was such a great little stopover for the night, about 90 seconds off the freeway. The parking lot was quite full in the evening when I arrived,and empty in the morning, so I suppose that's what most people use it for. Large tesla charging station on-site, and a Mr. Mike's steakhouse in the same parking lot. My room had great air conditioning, a fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and strong wifi with a work desk. Super clean. Breakfast buffet was impressive, with several hot dishes, oatmeal, waffle station, fresh fruit, etc.

Staff were polite and helpful. Great Breakfast. Waffles, Fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausages, bacon. Eating area and Serving area well stocked and clean. Clean rooms. Close to food and Walmart. Easy to check in and Checkout. Beds were super comfy.

We have relatives who live in Lone Butte BC and as we live in Abbotsford we prefer to stop over for a night en route. Usually we will stay in Kamloops but on a recent visit we opted to stay at this relatively new hotel in Merritt. We are glad we did. The hotel is spotless and the pool area not to be missed. (Thank you for piping in spa music there instead of the usual blaring music often found in similar hotels.) The only detractor from our visit is seeing the kitchen staff not being able to find second gear, so to speak, with guests saying you are out of food and that there are no utensils etc. -- something that management could easily remedy with a word or two about the need for efficiency.

Overall a good stay, comfortable bed, adequate breakfast - friendly staff. My only complaint is having an in-room Nespresso coffee machine. I’m a person who likes a good cup of black coffee first thing in the morning - replace the Nespresso with an actual coffee machine - maybe a Keurig?

Returning for a sports tournament. I’ve now been to this location several times. BW Plus always accommodates us so well. The great breakfast in the morning really is a plus. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Newer and well appointed Best Western in a great location. Excellent staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance as well as a travel centre and a Walmart for supplies. Highly recommend.

The room was clean, air conditioned and comfortable on check in. Seems like hotels stays run at least $200/night for mediocre rooms these days. I thought the cost was pricey until I stayed in one of these mediocre rooms a few days later. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

This hotel was very easy to find and within walking distance of a number of great restaurants. The room was roomy and well decorated. The breakfast room was beautifully set out and the options were varied. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will go there again ourselves in the future.
