This hotel had friendly staff and clean fresh rooms. Pet friendly with a pet fee , only limited pet rooms.Breakfast is included and was ok for the price of the room . Pool was also available ( we did not use, but were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi).
Serious need of TLC. Shower tap wouldn’t turn off after you finally got hot water. Bathroom sink took forever to drain. Staff didn’t seem surprised about issues. Staff were nice enough. Room smelt horrible. Checked out early and stayed at the Best Western Plus!
This was a great experience for a hockey team trip. It was affordable and had great amenities for the kids with the pool, slide and hotub. Rooms were clean and totally adequate even though in truth, I would prefer something a little nice usually. I was totally comfortable and had no complaints. So glad we got to have this experience with the team!
Rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was adequate but the pool and hot tub are seriously dated. For the price we paid it should have been a fancy hotel but feels more like a motel
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We used this hotel as it was pet friendly and was in a great location. The room was clean and we had no issues. We would stay here again without hesitation. Was close to walking paths. This is a very beautiful area.
The Ramada Inn is a well-run and clean hotel. Staff were very helpful and answered any questions I had in a friendly and professional manner. I told the manager upon check-out that I was making the Ramada my go-to hotel in Merritt / the Nicola Valley. It's a family run hotel and the pride in the hotel is obvious.
Got a good rate for 2Q room compared to the other hotel in the area. Requested and got a top floor room. Lots of stairs to climb, but the room was quiet, clean, and fairly modern. Good value. There are two buildings: east and west building. I was in the east building. The west building main floor looked like it accommodated travels with pets and housed the office, ice machine, laundry and vending. The east building housed the pool, which no one used while I was there - covid. That could be why my room was quiet. I would stay again, if the rates remain good.
We paid $160 for a very mediocre room. The carpet had food on it, the towels frayed, pubic hair on the toilet and more hair in the tub. Booked a room with a fridge but no fridge. However the front counter worker was friendly and helpful. I won't be back though...it was priced high for a dirty room.
Checked in just after 4 pm and was provided room that was spacious and fit our needs as we needed to store our bikes in the room for the night. Comfortable beds and shower with consistent temperature and good pressure. Was provided a late checkout (noon) and we took advantage of the free breakfast as well.
Overall a 2. Room had a horrible odor. Pillows were flat. Back ached in morning. I booked this because it seemed to have good ratings. When we pulled up I thought OMG this is as bad as the Ramada in Williams Lake. Service was good but clearly the money is not being put into the property to keep it fresh and clean.
