Our checkin was excellent. The fellow on the front desk was wonderfully pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and they even had a power bar placed on the table between the beds which solved the common problem of moving things looking for enough outlets to charge all the devices we carry! If you are looking for fancy then get out your wallet and go somewhere else but for an easy on the wallet good nights sleep this is a great choice
Very dirty motel, never again, stove is discussting, floors never mopped, dirty carpets...... Second time staying here never again, spend the extra and stay at the super 8 or anywhere else, don't stay at the sportsman either, checked three rooms and very very dirty
I rented a room at the last minute to attend the music festival in town on August long weekend. The room was modern, clean had a full kitchen that was stocked with everything I needed. The rates were reasonable for what I got and the owner who served me and helped me throughout my stay was awesome. I had a lot of questions about where to shop, local amenities and how to get to the festival without taking my car. He gave me great advice. When I asked about check out time, because I was not going to the festival until 4 or 5 on the last day of my stay, he told me not to worry about checking out on time and to stay in the room as long as I needed to. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone and would definitely stay again next year. Close to everything you need, and all within walking distance. I cannot say enough good things about this place.…
We stayed here 1night on our way back to Vancouver after a long drive. There were 3 of us. We were pleased to be upgraded from a room with 2 double beds to 2 queen beds but now wonder how bad the other room was. Everything in the kitchen needed washing. Utensils were greasy, pans still dirty with dried food. Everything was dirty. If could be so much better even just a good clean and some paint would help.
My daughter and I rented a room with 2 double beds and when we got there, we were upgraded to a room with 2 queen size beds, a kitchen fully stocked with dishes, dish soap, tea towels/cloths, coffee pot, microwave and even a toaster! We were pleasantly surprised and it was the biggest hotel room I've ever stayed in! Will definitely stay there again!
