This was a celebratory trip through British Columbia and Alberta. Our stay at Eagle Ranch was our first night after leaving Calgary Airport. The first impressions were a rustic ranch like appearance in the mountains. The expectations were for a “nice accommodation “ a good meal, and a relaxing start to our trip. Our expectations were blown away as we stepped into the check in area of the main building. A very powerful view of the dining room, and the valley beyond. Registration attendant “Gabby” was welcoming and informative. The next stop was entering our room. The exterior is a modest environmentally friendly view in quiet darker colours. Once you open the door, you see an amazing 5 star accommodation with light wood, a glass wall looking out at mountains, a valley and Adirondack chairs in front of a propane fire pit. You also immediately notice a gorgeous soaker tub and a very high end bathroom. We settled in and then headed to the dining area for our evening meal. Greeted by Helen, a long time employee and hostess. Within a few questions she quickly calculated what area to seat us in and discovered the celebratory nature of our trip. That information was shared with the servers and wait staff to make our evening very special. The server was also well experienced in drawing out our food interests or allergies and then making great suggestions in wine and meal choices. It was an overall fabulous stay, in an unassuming and welcoming location. We highly recommend this accommodation for a casual stay, a celebration or a group trip such as a golf group, or a getaway for a bachelor or bridal group. We did not have plans to golf, however I will put it on my list of places to come back to!

We booked this accommodation as a replacement for Jasper, which was closed due to wildfires in August 2024.
The accommodation is on a very well organised golf course, about 300 metres from the Club House, so it is secluded and quiet.
The rooms are probably some of the best I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in five star hotels.
The furnishings, workmanship and attention to detail is 100% perfect.
The view from the veranda overlooks the Columbia River and is spectacular. It is so quiet and relaxing listening to the birdsong.
There are also some gas fired fire pits a short walk from the accommodation buildings with adequate seating and those spectacular views.
We ate in the Clubhouse restaurant one evening, you’ll need to book on arrival, as it’s popular with the Golfers.
The food was delicious and the service from the waitress was excellent.
If you need accommodation in this area, this is the place to book.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a 4 day stay at the brand new Headwaters lodge at Eagle Ranch. While a bit unsure as to what to expect as the resort is literally brand new so has no reviews to check, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms, panoramic views from the balcony and convenience of the location.

The bed, linens, pillows and duvet were clearly high end and provided a great sleep. The room decor was very well done, providing good space and a well designed bathroom with rainfall shower. Nice touch on the heated bathroom floor tiles and luxury bathroom amenities!

We didn’t do any golfing during this trip as the unexpected snowfall hindered those plans, but the Eagle Ranch course is top notch and we could see the first tee from our room, so very convenient.

Alanna was very helpful, and ensured we had all we needed for our stay.

We will definitely return to the resort during future trips to the Columbia Valley.

We booked on Expedia. Shortly after booking the manager called. Very friendly. The reason for his call was as a follow up to an email he sent us. The email offered an almost $500 discount if we booked directly with the hotel. We just had to send him a cheque or money order. When we finally declined to do this the manager cancelled our reservation on Expedia stating that the hotel was no open during the time we wanted to stay. Very strange that it was open if we sent him a cheque or money order but closed once we decided to keep our reservation through Expedia.

This hotel is a tragedy, its a really nice hotel in a unique location who simply doesn't care what its customers think! Quite disgraceful.

We stayed here and the room was very nice and location idyllic, we had a very nice dinner BUT we had a terrible breakfast, poorly cooked and simply not at all nice. (This can happen anywhere) but our issue was that we actually took the time to complain to the hotel and stated our grievances.

Their Reply "our team has decided not to issue a refund for your breakfast – but we do hear you".... GREAT SERVICE!

I would simply avoid this place on this feedback alone! Shame.

We needed a place to stop on the way back home from Banff and the pictures on Google Maps looked nice and the property is just as nice in-person. It's kind of tucked off away overlooking a valley and lake. Very beautiful setting and lodging is clean and quiet. Currently there is just a golfcourse and clubhouse (no other facilities). Food at dinner wasn't bad and it was an enjoyable setting and all the staff was very friendly. Note on the door keypad--cover the black screen with your hand and the keypad will light up, then punch in the entry code. There is a train track in the valley below.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Headwaters Lodge at Eagle Ranch Resort. Check in was quick and easy. We enjoyed the layout of the room, large bathroom, and views from the private patio. We also enjoyed the gas firepits that were a short walk away from out room.

Very nice accommodations! Rooms are spacious, nice & great location. Recommend staying here if visiting Invermere regardless if golfing! Check in at the club house pro shop, door codes to enter rooms no key necessary.

Rooms have everything you need! Will be back for sure.

I went with my husband at the Eagle Ranch Resort for the first time and this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The whole staff is amazing and very accommodating. I would like to give a shoutout to Andrea who works there. She was so friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Also the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. We stayed here for one night during our 1 1/2
months tour of North Western Canada. The property belongs to a golf club, however, we did not come for one of their stay & play packages. Our room was very large, well appointed and quiet with great views. Plenty of space for parking. There was a nice looking restaurant in the club house , too, but due to our schedule we didn’t dine so cannot comment on the quality of the food there.
Our bonus during the stay were magnificent Northern lights, which could be well observed from the property.
