We went to get away from the busy city of Calgary and had a great little get away. Everyone was so friendly the staff went over and above to help out in any way they could, and the pools were fantastic

Very nice hotel with great amenities. There was a hockey tournament in town so resort amenities were a little crowded and loud.Would have helped if one of the two outdoor hottubs were not closed.Overall I had a good stay.

Great idea on the team buffet room set up, food was decent. Although some more standard “kid approved” food might be wise! Although the tots & sundaes were a hit! Haha! Our team was spread out and it’s a large hotel. Grouping teams (As much as possible with different room types) would be nicer. So bring some walkie talkies or something if you worry about leaving the littles in the room while parents go elsewhere to socialize. We found a kiddo crying looking for his parents from another team. The mini stick set up in the parkade is great! I called the hotel several times to try and ask something prior to and no one ever answered the phone.

I stayed one night here with my brother and three sisters, they were visiting from the Netherlands. Awesome rooms, great pools and hot tubs, good access to Invermere and the Columbia Valley. Overall a great place to stay!

We stay at a lot of hotels and this one was amazing start to finish. We felt welcomed, safe, and appreciated. We traveled with our dog and the pet friendly rooms were perfect! Our guy loved his stay as well. Thank you.

It was a very nice suit and beautiful hotel great stuff like the gym, pools indoor and out door, hot tubs. The staff was really nice and not judgmental, very nice and knowledgeable about there place of work. Very helpful as well at check in as well as friendly on cheque out I would definitely recommend it to others it’s a great hotel.

Great location. Very nice dining and excellent swimming pools! Close to everything in Invermere. Short drive to Fairmont or Radium. Staff are excellent overall. Only complaint was a waiter in the bar area who may have been in charge rude to his fellow workers in front of customers.

Great work Copper Point!!! Amazing experience, will be back! Above and beyond expectations. Clean, well layed out. Dogs loved that outside access. A genius idea whoever came up with the caged hockey area , plus 2 nets!! Kids were sure happy and parents too. Well done Thank you

What we expected. The Element restaurant was closed and you should plan where you want to dine as the restaurants in the area may not necessarily be open. The entire area is short staffed so you need to lower your expectations a bit and every thing will work out
