Excelente swimming pools and jacuzzis, both indoor and outdoors, clean and nice temperatures. The pet friendly rooms are conveniently located in the lower level so we could walk out to the green area with our dog. Customer service was excellent. I highly recommend it.

This is our second stay at the Copper Point. This is a great resort, with terrific amenities (pools, etc)very friendly and accommodating staff, and lovely suite layouts. The only negative, and it is a big one, are the totally inadequate electric barbeques, which are useless. Many other places in the valley have propane barbecue's, so safety is obviously just an excuse. Other than that, we highly recommend Copper Point Resort

We have been staying her once or twice a year for the past ten years. We always stay in a main floor one bedroom and bring our dog. The rooms are spacious, have well equipped kitchens and in suite laundry. We usually stay for 10 days so he laundry is really useful. The rooms are quiet and the patio is pleasant to sit on during warmer weather. The internet provided is good quality. We connect multiple devices and easily stream Netflix and Shaw TV. The faux fireplaces do not provide heat but do make for a nice ambiance. We spend at least 3 hours a day in the various pools, sometimes in February, and always in September. They are well maintained and rarely crowded. The onsite restaurant is fine, we have eaten there, but we prefer to use the provided kitchen and BBQ to prepare meals. The front desk has a small selection of "guilty treats" like chocolate bars, chips and candies available for purchase. I often picked up a Mars Bar and called out to the front desk as I passed and they added it to my room charge. Very convenient though not good for my diet. There is nice walking path around the resort that is perfect for walking our dog. If you are really energetic Tim Hortons is a 10 minute walk away. We will be back again.

My family throughly enjoyed our trip to Invermere. We had our 5 year old son and 13 year old chocolate lab. We stayed in a one bedroom pet friendly room which was spacious, and had great amenities (dishwasher/washer & dryer) . It felt as though we were staying in our own condo, The pool certainly was the highlight of the trip, it’s heated which made it great on days which were a little chillier. The staff at the cabana bar were excellent !! Only disclaimer is that the room is only serviced every three days - it would be nice for the hotel to reach out and see if there’s anything required (we ran out of garbage bags, paper towel and dishwasher pods- which I ended up relieving a maids cart of some amenities) We will 1000% be back on our next BC family vacation.

I will start by saying that the front desk staff was amazing….and I feel bad for them having to apologize profusely for an extremely sub-standard hotel. We were there on the august long weekend and wanted to unwind with massages in the spa but quickly learned that they closed the spa on Sunday and Monday. Then, we were poolside the next day and because the pool bar didn’t get around to opening until 1:30 (was suppose to be 11:00), we had brought a small cooler with drinks in it. As they were setting up to finally open, the server came over and lashed out at us for having outside food and drinks by the pool. So when we did go to order lunch from her, all that they had available was hot dogs and chips. The sign said that the restaurant menu was available during the afternoon, although when we asked, they said that they were short staffed for the weekend so the restaurant wouldn’t be open at all until dinner. We ended up walking to the gas station to buy crappy sandwiches to share with our whole family by the pool of our $500/night room. The last straw was a kid pooping in the pool (not the hotels fault, but gross), but when they cleared people out of the pool and had the pool guy in a full hazmat suit dumping buckets of chemicals in the pool while everyone was asked to hang around for a couple of hours before going back in, we were gone! No thanks! Oh ya…and my friend found a whole mountain of bed bug carcasses behind her bed that day too. This was not our first time there but clearly this place has gone downhill quickly!

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. Unfortunately, the spa is not owned by the resort so we do not have control over their hours of operation. We had followed up with the food and beverage team and they had confirmed that they opened at noon that day which is the regular opening hours. We take any mentions of bed bugs very seriously but unfortunately we were not notified about this during your friends stay. After further investigation in the room, there was no trace of bed bugs to be found. We try our best for guests to have the best experience they can at our resort and to mitigate any issues as soon as possible. We appreciate the feedback and time taken into voicing your concerns.
