We were thankful for the pre-stay email which set the correct expectations for the visit. This is a very different B&B, and for us was very pleasing and very relaxing. It is just a shame that we were only there for one night and couldn't take advantage of all that it could offer. We would recommend this strongly, we would...

We have just spent 2 wonderful nights at this place & loved it, lovely little wooden cabins in the forest alongside a babbling river. Lots of lovely walks through the famous tunnels & a short 5 min drive into the pretty town of Hope. There is a sauna & hot tub & beautiful areas to sit and relax with patio...

We've stayed at many eco resorts but never one as nice as this. Cozy cabins nestled in the forest with a river in the background and a fantastic private outdoor patio area with a wood burning stove. Not to mention the wood heated hot tub and sauna. The grounds and facilities are well kept and spotlessly clean. Each cabin has...

This place is absolutely lovely! Beautiful setting, a rushing river, exquisite grounds. There are so many unique touches here and it was a terrific place for a 1 night get-away from Vancouver. The cabins are so sweet and everything was perfect. Bring your own food for dinner so you don't have to leave the grounds in the evening. I will...

Kw'okw'ehala Eco retreat was absolutely amazing. Sue was a wonderful host, and we were so happy to have stayed there. We were passing by and only stayed one night, but I wish we had stayed the whole weekend. The outdoor shower and hot tub were perfect for relaxing at night, and Hope is just a few minutes away. The othello...

Amazing eco retreat, in beautiful woodlands by the river. The owners Sue and Henry made us feel very welcome. The cabin is warm and cosy and well appointed with a small bathroom a couple of paces away. There are a couple of smaller cabins which would suit back packers, but only the one larger cabin. This would not suit everyone,...

A great stay at a great eco retreat. Owner is very friendly and relaxed. The only downside for us was that we'd only booked one night but we will definitely be back. We stayed at the bigger log cabin and the bed was super comfy. Highly recommend!

This is an extraordinary place to stay and one of the best places I've ever stayed. This place is so peaceful and relaxing and I left there feeling so refreshed. They're very welcoming, very helpful with any needs or questions you might have, with trees all around right next to a river, I highly recommend it.

This was our first stop off in Canada, only 120km (90-120 mins) from Vancouver Airport but a world away. It's a very short drive outside of Hope, adjacent to (but well hidden from) the parking for the 'Othello Tunnels' (a must visit and a very easy walk). Sue could not have been more welcoming and gave us a tour of...

“See comments in my review - their website fairly presents the cottages too (I'd go for the larger/homestead one though!”
  • Hot tub and outdoor shower - not to be missed.
  • The 'Homestead' Cottage - big enough for a young family of 5 in my view!
  • A view from the river that runs alongside the property - we waded/swam in here.
