Small, friendly boutique Bed & Breakfast with the genuine charm of B&B's but more modern conveniences such as large 4K smart T.V.'s, voice enabled Cable with On Demand entertainment, Netflix and more media. This Tourism B.C. Approved property is tastefully decorated, and created on site with focus on being not average. All reservations include a delicious two course Breakfast, coffee and tea facilities in the room, and all private bathrooms. Enjoy the furnishings, the easy walks to shops and restaurants, the owners themselves, and the large soaker tubs. Always attempting to impress, never satisfied with standard, the Inn Keepers will continue to make changes with guests approval in mind.
We wanted accommodation for my husband who has mobility issues and Evergreen fit the bill. We booked the ground floor Serenity Room and it was just steps to the breakfast room and only 4 steps to our car. I was able to run up a set of stairs to enter and retrieve our room key without the host being present, so that was fine, too. Christian has the best booklet explaining operation of the TV, the coffee machine, etc. Directions were easy to follow and we appreciated how stress-free that made our stay. Breakfast was very good and the lattes from the German coffee machine were like ones you’d get in a coffee shop. We enjoyed talking with Christian and we liked his no-nonsense approach to guests being considerate concerning use of the room. All in all, we enjoyed our stay over 2 nights. We would highly recommend this accommodation. …

Spent a fabulous hour with family. The alpacas are so lovely and were great with my two granddaughters (aged 4 and 7). Shaun was so friendly and knowledgeable. We all enjoyed the experience and would love to come back and do it all over again!

The room itself is lovely. Although the window looks directly onto a busy road. Options in Hope are limited though so I would guess this is one of the best choices. It’s self check in so no human involved and you are greeted by a list of instructions which all come accross rather unwelcoming. There is a bathtub in our room though which is heaven for me as I love to have baths. Breakfast is served at 8am sharp! And woe betide you if you don’t leave your shoes outside your bedroom door!! All in all though, good value and would recommend.

What a lovely experience we had at the Evergreen B&B. Our host, Christian, has a very tongue in cheek sense of humour and is extremely personable. The room was very clean and comfortable. The self check-in was smooth and easy. Great breakfast was made and served by the owner himself. We would definitely go back!

While we were there for less than 12 hours, we really enjoyed our stay in the Tranquillity Room. The bed was comfy and everything was super clean. Unfortunately, we had to leave early and were unable to enjoy a morning coffee (which looked really good:-). There are lots of rules, so make sure to read everything carefully. It is apparent that the majority follow those rules, as the room looked brand new and of high quality. We got in late, violating the first rule. We had a vehicle maintenance issue that caused us to miss our ferry. But Christian graciously extended the contactless maximum check-in time from 7:30 to 9:00 pm, which we were able to make. We watched a show on Amazon Prime but it was a bit painful as the stream kept seizing up. It took us about 75 minutes to watch a 50-minute episode. I guess all the guests were streaming video at the same time. Anyway, a very minor inconvenience, nothing compared to the two major highways north being closed on the same day!!…

Very well maintained , easy and comfortable check in & out during Covid , very clean with super comfortable beds ( Harmony Room ). It is located just off old hope highway which is busy but zero traffic noise in the very large room which has a nice seating area, large round diner table , good size small fridge. The common area was closed but a quick peak showed a very nice seating area and table where you eat when open as full B&B. There is grocery shopping and many places to eat within walking distance on sidewalks. We travel through Hope and stay there a least four times a year and we have found our new go to place.

The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The family who owns the B & B were very friendly and helpful. We really were impressed and enjoyed our stay. I liked the theme room concept. We passed through Hope BC to go sturgeon fishing with Sturgeon Slayers. I highly recommend this adorable B & B.

Nothing but brilliant and positive things to say about this little bnb and Christian(+fam). They took two travelers with a broken down car in for a night and completely turned their worries on their heads. A fantastic, cozy, and welcoming space. We won't be anywhere but here when we find ourselves in Hope again. Giorgia and Jayson

Giorgia and Jayson, lets be honest, we are the lucky ones here. We live to please and you gave us a golden opportunity to do so. Its been an awful year for anyone in our sector, so anytime we get someone, especially so gracious, its reason to keep plowing ahead. From the bottom of our hearts Christian, Miyuki and those darn kids.

There are not so many choices in this area so despite of my travel colleague’s suggestions of more recognized brand, together with another colleague, we decided to choose this one based on the good reviews. This B&B has two suites on the 2 floor, facing the street, owner living on the other side facing the hill, and one suite on the 1st floor, with the breakfast room and living room. +Nice, cozy, clean, spacious room +Breakfast +Restaurant in walking distance +Hospitality and response of the owner -noise level. Noise comes from the street traffic and the normal wood floor squeaking. My booking carries a preference as a light sleeper and I called to ask for a quiet room but still I was arranged on a lower floor, while my two colleagues, having no preference, living upstairs. The 1st night was tough and I managed the second well with earplugs. -shower water unstable temperature -room has too much stuff. With the lighting the room is still dark. -price. $180 is a bit pricy in my opinion considering the total aspects. For anyone interested, please do pay attention to the cancellation policy, the self check in time, the instruction and remember to communicate in advance before you make reservations. …

Sorry you didn't enjoy yourself when you were here, I did put you on the lower room as your colleagues actually requested to be next to one another so they could have their meetings. If the price was too much.. well you booked through a third party booking site, booking direct would always save you at least $20 per night. In your case, you only paid around $170, of which 15% is sales tax and I have no control over and another 15 - 20 % is commissions for the booking site you chose to use. You also were on business, you likely didn't even need to pay for your accommodations, and you need to seriously think about using your troll skills against another business that isn't family run and doing every possibly thing it can just to get by.
