Excellent location just off of the main highway, and quick access to the town center. Upon arrival we were given a room at the back of the property with a fantastic view of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. We were uncertain how long we were staying, but the manager was very versatile in letting us go day by day. I just... More

Unexpected stay due to highway closure & paid $79 + tax =$92 for big dble queen w/ fridge & microwave. Everything seems clean & in good repair plus WiFi is included ( but no breakfast) so am satisfied & would stop here again as comparable to Best Western for less, so savings can be spent across the street at Golden... I stayed here and there were some positives and negatives. Pros: really really comfortable bed good restaurant large bath tub Cons: had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean bath tub as staff were "too busy" restaurant not open for breakfast expensive for quality Not a bad place to stay but I would probably pick somewhere else next time. After a long BC vacation we needed to stop driving and maybe watch some tv and have a good night sleep and a shower. Not what we got here. I am still hurting from the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in in years. Throw in two flat hard pillows and you get one major pain in the neck and... More

We stayed in this dump because we were hiking yoho and wanted a bed and shower to come back to after a long day. The beds were like rocks. Worst sleep of my life! At least there were no bed bugs, but from the appearance of the room, I checked for them. The tv was a total piece that barely... More

We stayed at this hotel one night when traveling through Golden. The desk clerk could not find our reservation but gave us a room at the same rate quoted on the internet. The room was clean but worn. The bed was very hard and the pillows were very soft - but to each his own. The T.V. was very, very... More

We want to recommend this little motel just off Highway #1 in Golden. We stayed in room 139 last weekend on our way back from Vancouver. The price was right for the extremely large living area, full kitchen and 6 of us slept very comfortable. The room was clean and the manager was friendly and very helpful. The kids also... More

To be honest, I didn’t really have a destination. I just drove until I was tired and I ended up in Golden BC. I stood in the driveway of an executive inn and thought “Do I really want to spend this much money just to sleep?” I got back in my car and drove to Park Inn which had a... More

This was a one-night stay while travelling; we paid for the 'fireplace room' (more expensive), which sounded nice in a cold winter's night after skiing. We discovered upon arrival that there was a wood-burning fireplace in the room, but no wood and we weren't going to go out and get any. The heater in the room was a very noisy... More
