If you need to stay in Fort St John, you should stay here. The rooms are large, quiet, clean and very well appointed. The unexpected extras, robes, heated floor in bathroom and a really great blackout blind. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here

I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the stay! I think the best part was the fabulous breakfast buffet provided to start my day. The service and quality in the restaurant compared well to previous stays in 5 star hotels even!

Room was very clean and the hotel is very nice. Location is meh and the road work made getting to the hotel a bit of a task, but that's nothing they can control. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly. No real complaints about my stay here.

Great location, very comfortable beds, breakfast was great! Nice to eat off of real plates and utensils instead of paper plates and plastic utensils like most other hotels. Restaurant at the hotel was fantastic. Check in and out very quick. Quiet rooms. Lots of services nearby. Rooms are modern, very clean.

This hotel has a great restaurant/bar. The food and staff at this restaurant are top shelf! The breakfast is a hot breakfast and is also very good. The hotel itself is quite nice with some renovations. Parking is okay as well but gets busy.

Well located in downtown Fort Saint John higher end hotel, but with moderate prices and great breakfast. Rooms are modern, clean and all amenities are provided. Parking is less than ideal for larger vehicles, unless you park in the back.

We have been using Ramada for business travel for years. We have been loving it for the clean rooms and warm breakfast. We have always been giving it 5 stars...Well, until this recent trip. When we booked the room, we asked if there is shuttle bus from the airport. A front desk person called me, said there is no shuttle bus on the weekend, but she can call a Teco taxi for us to pick us up from the airport. When we arrived on Sunday April 17th at FSJ airport, there was no taxi at the airport for us. I called the hotel, the same front desk clerk told me that the taxi will come. We waited and waited at the airport, while all passengers on the same plane left the airport. During the one hour we were waiting, I have been calling the hotel, and kept getting the same answers from the same hotel that the taxi is on its way. I have also asked the front desk person, is there any other taxi company we can call, the answer from her was "No, this is the only taxi company". After a whole hour of waiting, there were nobody but my co-worker and I at the airport. We were tired, cold, hungry, and desperate to leave. The airport security show us a different taxi company (energetic taxi) number. We called them, and they came in 10 mins!!! So there is other taxi companies, not sure why the hotel front desk told us Teco is the only one available. Once we got to the hotel, the front desk person did not even apologize once, not even something like "I am sorry you have to wait at the airport for 1 hour". All she did was wasting more of our time to explain it is not her fault, also she was not the one booked that taxi for us. Really, after talking to her for so many times, I know her voice. Well that is not the point, the point is, we were very very tired and needed to get up early in the morning to travel, we don't need to listen to her finding excuses. For such a great hotel, it is a shame to have an employee like that to work at the front desk, which is the face of the hotel. I really hope that we don't need to see her again next time we stay at your hotel.…

Just wanna thank (Beth - front desk) for accomodating us so quick that we can checked in right away to our room. I had a long day and this simple stuff means a lot to me. Thank you for the smooth process together with my friend. It was a great experience especially it was midnight around 12AM upon checking in.

I stayed at the end of September and returned early October. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean and modern, nice tea/coffee at all times and the breakfast was amazing! The laundry was extremely reasonable. I will definitely return. The restaurant….make sure you go there. Great food, portions are large and staff friendly.
