Door lock battery died locking me out of room. Stayed in a different room with no access to my stuff. Next day new front desk clerk easily slid open "locked" window and opened door. Won't be staying here again.

Worst place on earth, half the place lodge covid infected homeless, junkies. The place is filthy full 9f mildew and the management are rude and arrogant. Ambulance responds for overdose constantly. Avoid this place at any cost.

Once we fell asleep, the outside noise no longer mattered. There was little memorable about this place. What troubled me most was that it advertised "breakfast included". What we got was ... well, have a look at the photo we took. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Be warned. This is a shelter for the homeless. There is chaos on the ground and it is not safe! There are crowds loitering the premises day and night. The hotel staff won't tell you the truth and you would have to discover the chaos yourself, and they will lie to you actually.

The room was ok, dark but ok... Towels were rough, not soft. TV was basic cable only even though the booklet inside stated that there was the option to rent movies - but no movie channel available, Lots of Homeless people staying around the shelter at night, staying in the corridors. The worst part: I was scheduled to stay from Wednesday to Saturday, and finished my work Thursday night so I went to check out Friday Morning, and cancel the Saturday reservation... I was told because I hadn't given them 24 hrs. prior notice (by 3 or 4 pm on Thursday) that they could not cancel the Friday night -> Saturday morning. and I Finished work at 630pm Thursday night. The staff would not work with me. They would not give me the benefit of the doubt as a 1 time thing, They didn't even offer to say here is a voucher for 1 night. Their explanation was: well if you are not sure on how long you need then don't book. but you can extend. My answer to that was: So if I book for x amount of days, and then need to cancel the last day = I Get charged.... and Then also if I need to extend my stay by 1 night and they happen to be fully booked.. then I'm screwed for a place to stay. And their Answer was basically Yes that's correct. Tough luck. Totally unprofessional
