My girlfriend and I spend 4 days and 3 nights at the Resort in one of their Villas. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was shocking how much work the staff had put into the Christmas decorations both inside and outside the main lodge. We only had dinner one night at the on site restaurant and...

had a family wedding here with many family members booking suites here! We found our suite to be spacious, clean and well equipped. The venue is beautiful and we found all staff members to be friendly and helpful, right from the first phone call to our check out.

After having people pound on our door asking if ours was the "PARTY ROOM!?" I called the front desk and let them know there was a huge party in the room beside us that had already impacted our visit, and wasn't likely to end any time soon. Rebecca was polite and kind, and moved us right away to the most...

I was very pleased overall with my stay. I had a large villa, king bed, Jacuzzi tub, kitchen, 2 way fireplace between living room and bedroom. Kitchen had a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, small fridge, cooktop, and dishwasher. Ground floor with a walkout directly to the golf course. Very quiet and lovely setting among the tall trees. Some mornings...

I stayed at the Crown Isle while attending a conference recently. A number of my fellow delegates complained that their rooms were dated, dirty and smelly, but I was lucky and my room was modern and clean. Nice bathroom with lots of toiletaries left every day. There was only a few complaints. Firstlt there was a very strange stain in...

Great clean well appointed rooms. Good pricing. Great linens! Will be my go to place in Courntenay, comox. Resturant is also good and the golf coarse really rocks. Friendly and just slightly cheaky staff in the bar. I'll be back!

We stayed for 2 nights in a main floor villa. The room was quite nice and very clean. The golf course was great and the pro shop staff very friendly. Tip - check golf now.com as there are cheaper tee times than when booking through the pro shop. Our only complaint - and it is a significant one - the...

This hotel is a wonderful idea with "villas" around the golf course and the exterior design has lasting style and a west coast vibe. The interiors however are very 80's and, although clean and well maintained, they are very old fashioned. For example, the bath tub in the room is plastic, fake marble as is the shower stall. The furniture...

Front desk snotty. Wanted 2 credit cards at check in. Two adults with two boys at hockey tournament. We stayed in upper floor of the 3rd building. Functional spread. Slow moving toilets. I hate this at hotels. We had a catered dinner on second night. They were slow and ran out of food for the team. We had a team...
