Cleanish rooms - could do with a good dusting! Affordable, good location, near pubs and shopping centre. Had a rabbit bouncing around the grounds! 5 minute walk to the city centre. Fridge in room, chairs outside for a quiet sit at beer o'clock.

Near downtown and reasonably priced. Quiet. If you are looking for a room that is clean but you are on a tight budget then this is a good place. Lots of eating places nearby and downtown is less than 10 minutes walking..

Spraying a little Febreeze worked well to fix the issue though. Then I went to take a shower, however the tap was all screwed up and I could only have either hot water or cold water but not a mix of the two. Not a good shower to say the least. There was a nice little kitchenette with a good sized mini-fridge that had it's own seperate freezer. The other issue I found was that there wasn't really anywhere to put my suitcase without it being in the way or either on the bed or table so I would have to move it repeatedly. But I guess you get what you pay for...

For price, exceeded expectations. Clean and comfortable but the bathroom exhaust fan connected to the light was quite noisy if effective. Looked as if the room had been renovated. Wifi and TV were good. Located on busy 4 lane main road but quiet at night.
