Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. I was only there for one night but would have enjoyed a longer stay. The location was ideal, there was a nice restaurant and adjacent casino that looked fun (but I didn't try out those amenities).

The saving grace was the free parking. The staff where very rude and not very helpful. The hotel had a hot tub area but not working all closed down. This is a very old hotel with low ceiling and small rooms. They have started repairs outside and it sure needed it. The casino inside was a good idea i thought but awful staff and not a friendly place. They have a seafood buffet in the casino but really not worth the cost. Probably would not stay there again.

This is an excellent hotel with a very convenient location that is close to Vancouver and the North Shore. Our room was spacious and when we opted for housekeeping service, the room was welcoming and clean. The breakfast fare is by far the best I've had in all my travels. Specifically, the salmon eggs benedicts get a two thumbs up. Free parking across the street was a bonus. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. They greeted us with a smile each time we entered and/or left the hotel. The front desk presented me with a gift for my birthday. They were also very helpful in giving us recommendations for authentic Chinese cuisine in Chinatown and also areas to avoid in the Chinatown area. The front desk staff also followed up re our inquiries about our missing baggage and whether or not it was delivered to our hotel. The only negative I have is that we were not informed in advance of the construction. Nonetheless, it was only a bother for a day or 2. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I would stay here again.…

Delta was a good hotel gave us upgrade and free parking. Close to Vancover BC. Stayed five nights and was told there was construction going on. Choose it for a long trip from Florida to Vancover and not all the other expenses in Vancouver. Fit the bill, fairly close to everything we wanted to do around Vancouver. Casino attached, did not win.However, Been to over Four Hundred Marriott brands in my life.THIS Had the BEST BREAKFAST EVER. Was free because of my status with Marriott.But you could have anything and they went and got me Starbucks decaf cause they didn’t offer it. Service was great all five Excellent Breakfast s. It was unbelievable. Great wat to start our day.

Unfortunately this hotel doesn’t have the same level of service I’ve come to expect at Marriott properties. Check-in was OK but I did not receive the “We’re glad to have you!” Vibe. Rooms are pleasant but a little dated as is the bathroom. Common spaces are sterile and uninviting.

We booked this hotel with Bonvoy points after a last minute flight cancellation at YVR. We arrived at hotel at noon time and asked for early check in. Mitch at the checkin counter was very kindly upgraded us to a high floor suite. The room is super clean an spacious. Collocated with the Grand Villa casino, we have access to all the amenities including an Asian noodle shop with delicious food and a Starbucks. For more authentic Asian foods, many great restaurants are just a short drive away along Kingsway. Thank you for an amazing stay！

We booked this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. The room lacked proper furnishing. There was only one chair in the room for 2 guests. Not possible to have in room breakfast, only one person could sit at a very small table. Watching TV, one guest had to be on the bed. When checking out I enquired why the room was so sparsely outfitted. I was told that this hotel is business oriented, and most of the time there is only one person in the room. So why do they ask how many guests are coming? I don't mind paying Marriott rates, for Marriott services. But I do mind not receiving the services. We have been in three different brand hotels in the last 10 days. Every one was more comfortable than this Marriott. We have been visiting Delta in Burnaby from even before Marriott took over. It is time to spend our money somewhere else.…

Check in front desk no personality barely spoke did not explain titanium benefits. There weren’t any . No upgrades apparently you only get an upgrade if you use a suite night award.regardless of your status so I was informed. Not sure what happened to Marriott’s “upgraded to best available room including suites based on availability “. The hotel was mostly empty but no upgrade for as rotation guest.So if you pay for the highest king room you will not get an upgrade. Did not acknowledge at all status had to ask if breakfast was an option, hot tub and sauna have been closed for maintenance for 3 years….

Stayed overnight for a business trip Good: Free Parking for hotel guests Not so good: some elevators from parking lot don't go directly to rooms Good: check in was smooth Not so good: Room directly across from elevator Good: spacious room Not So Good: Thermostat not available to adjust by a guest. Maintenance must be called. Good: comfortable bed Not so good : no place to plug in CPAP machine and place on nightstand (outlets in opposite side of bed) Not so Good: layout of bathroom. Toilet in the middle or the wall, so getting in to stand at sink, or get in shower (which is outdated) was cumbersome Good: wifi signal.
