This Best Western Plus Hotel is outdated and the price doesn’t reflect that. You can hear anything from the neighbouring rooms. Our neighbour was smoking outside and the smoke was getting in our room. Also our kids were cleaning up their toys and found medication below the couch.

Hotel's Favourite
Location was very convenient for our activities in Vancouver. Facility was well maintained and was following the new safe guidelines. Staff were friendly and helpful. Limited number of eating facilities within walking distance.

Staff was friendly, helpful, room clean. Upon departure to e route to airport we had a flat tire, with no idea of area, we called back to hotel and they called a service for us. Very helpful folks. The food offered at breakfast was excellent plentiful and hot, many options to select from

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. And the breakfast buffet had lots of options. We hadn't stayed in a hotel in the Vancouver area for a while, but we were very happy with the value we got for the price!

Busy hotel but quiet rooms, couldn’t really hear anyone else. Great location for getting around Burnaby. Front desk staff were extremely accommodating, which we really appreciated as we had to change our check out date a couple of times. They dug our car out after the big snowstorm and helped us get on the road.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was pleased to find the property met or exceeded Best Western standards in all areas. My room was clean, comfortable and spacious yet cozy. It was much quieter than I expected. All the amenities were excellent, including a t.v. with good programming. Unfortunately I was not able to use the breakfast service or the fitness room. All of the staff I encountered during my stay were courteous, helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again, even if means I need to travel further for work.

After years of driving down Kingsway on our commute home to New Westminster and being less than impressed with the strip's various older motels and hotels, we moved to Southeastern BC. We recently had the need to stay overnight in Burnaby, and chose the Best Western. Imagine our surprise to find a thoroughly modern hotel, recently updated, with very clean amenities. Kingsway can be a noisy, busy street, with lots of first responder sirens. But you would not have known it staying in this hotel; our stay was perfectly quiet. Room was well appointed, and staff hugely efficient. I appreciated the all-night security gaurd who also kept an eye on vehicles. I would absolutely stay here again.

This BW is close to the Burnaby Hospital, huge metro town Mall and many restaurants. We have stayed here many times for hospital visits & the Staff has always been very satisfactory. The complimentary hot breakfast is wonderful & a nice convenience. The rooms, while basic are always clean. We appreciate the coffee provided along with the room safe & comfortable bed. Slow internet, but we used our cellular.
