This property is a fantastic facility. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Frank, Lisa and Polyana lead an exceptional staff. The restaurant is fabulous and the rooms are very clean. What more could you ask for?

The absolute worst hotel ever. When I arrived at 11 PM after a few flight delays, they told me that they never received my reservation. After showing them the confirmation email, it changed to that I arrived too late to check in. I eventually had to find a new hotel after they said I would be refunded but they didn't have any vacancy. Two weeks later, they re-charge my card for $300 for a no-show fee. Called them and they said I "never showed up" and they refused to remove the charge. After disputing the charge wit my CC company, the hotel management told them I never showed up and I still haven't received my money back. Avoid this hotel at all costs. They are a scam and really awful people.

Hello Garrett, I am sorry that you feel that way. But we did have an Expedia reservation that we held for your arrival on July 9th. When you did not arrive you were charged the "no show" fee and your Expedia booking was marked as a "no show" and released on July 10th. So if you arrived on July 9th I don't see how you would have been told that you did not have a room. If you arrived on July 10th or later then you would not have had a reservation because it would have been changed to on night and checked out on July 10th at 11:00am. I can send you the Transaction Log of changes on your reservations if you would like. We were asked on June 26th to make a reservation for you. Your reservation was entered into our system on June 26th. You were assigned a room on July 9th. Your reservation was checked in 22:46 (which is standard policy for guests that have not arrived yet) so that we could run our daily audit. Your reservation was then checked out at 11:45am and marked as a "no show". You requested that Expedia make you a reservation. We made and held that reservation and processed it as per our policy. The details of events that you outlined above leave me with more questions then answers. Do you remember who you dealt with at the Front Desk? Did you arrive after July 9th due to your flight issues?

I stayed at Executive Suites Burnaby for a month. I found the staff very helpful, and the location was great as the hotel is close to public transport, shops and restaurants/takeaways. The food in the Acqua restaurant was very good.

Great suites. Separate bedroom from sitting area. Great little kitchenette (kettle included for this tea drinker). Lovely comfortable beds and very assertive (yes assertive) air conditioning). Beautifully presented despite its age. Staff in bar lovely. Attentive service. Close to train and shopping centers (short walk).

Really nice room, micro- fridge spotless jacuzzi, amazing restaurant. Free laundry is nice but only one machine and freezing water- had to dry clothes 5x. Pay laundry would have been nicer. We snagged the balcony unit, which I hear is next to impossible. Really nice staff. The view was of the highway and construction but who cares? We were there to enjoy the city. Walkable. Tim Hortons, Cactus and a few others within 1 minute walk and incredible shopping within 10 minute walk. Parking not bad, $12 I think. Cheaper than downtown.

This hotel and its staff are truly amazing. Very easy to work with and they are incredibly accommodating. Although they run a business, they are not looking at profits, they just want to ensure their customers are satisfied. I keep going to this hotel year after year for some sort of function and they always deliver exceptional service. A special shout out to Trish, Richard, Nunu, Steve, Asiri, Zememfes and Shirley for making our last event a memorable one.

Great place to stay. Friendly and competent staff ready to help at any moment. From management right down to cleaning staff. I won’t stay anywhere else. There are many options available in this city but I won’t stay anywhere else. Great central location close to all the amenities.

Great hotel in an area that has great restaurants and shopping close by. For all my foodies out there, there are some amazing Japanese, Vietnamese, and bakery/coffee spots very close by. The hotel itself was slightly dated but very well maintained. The staff was extremely courteous without being cheesy or fake, very professional. The room was clean and large for one person. If you are into whirlpool bathing, you’re in luck. I’d easily stay here again as my experience was top notch.

Hot water unavailable the first night but worked the remainder of my stay. One wait person was not very friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel could use some updates. In a good locale. close to Sky train and Malls.

Hello Doris, We are very sorry for the issue with the hot water. We did have a burst pipe that caused a short disruption. I know it was at an inconvenient time and we thank you for your understanding. We are planning to do work to update and refresh our rooms. Check back with us on any return visit you have planned. Have a Happy New Year.
