Yes, it is from the late 80's - begin 90's but you can't get closer to Vancouver with your RV! A simple ride in a skytrain will take you downtown. The campingspots are a bit small but just enough and give you privacy. The younger Guy in the store was very helpfull and gave advise. If we would go again...

Noise: TRAINS go by at all times, fast or slow, stop and go... it never ever ends. The tent camping spots are closest to the trains, but you're only marginally better off in your RV... the farther you get from the train, the better. FREEWAY runs by. FIRESTATION close by with sirens howling by at all hours. COPSTATION close by...

A clean campground, but very noisy because of the trains. Slept very bad due to the trains. We had number 15 which is very close to the railway. The trains are very long, so it takes quite some time when they passed our sleeping place. And not even cheap, cost CAD 61,00.

Located near a subway station (10 minutes walk). They have a playground for kids, free showers, small video games room and an indoor swimming pool. They have a small grocery as well. It is quite expensive but. Good if you stay close to the city.

We have a 42 foot 5th Wheel and a one ton truck. When we made our reservations they said no problem. Well when we got there it took a shoe horn and about 20 minutes of back and forth before I could fit in our spot. We had to park the truck in their parking lot for the 5th Wheel...

These sites are not designed for larger trailers and there is no room to maneuvre. The concrete picnic table is very attractive but poorly situated and couldn't be moved. The noise from the trains was terrible all night. WiFi never did work properly.

Tenting facilities were not the best as you had to park in the parking lot and carry your gear in. Tenting sites are right behind the train and freeway and are very noisy. Get a site closer to the parking lot and not at the far end as that is where the train goes by. Close to flush toilets and...

Very good place to spend your last night in the RV, before you have to return it the next morning. Good facilities (small shop, swimming pool, laundry, full hook-up) and perfect infrastructure (15 mins walk to nearest skytrain and nearest mall), a nice park & lake across the street.

I really wanted to rate this park higher because of the convenient location and clean facilities; however BCRV policies and lack of entrance security measures have created a perfect opportunity for property theft or worse. The spaces are so tight you are required to park tow vehicles in a separate lot toward the front of the park. The major problem...

The camp site is located a 10 minute walk from the Skytrain. It has clean, warm showers, a lounge, a pool, a Jacuzzi, a children's park, hiking trails accessible from the grounds, and a Costco two blocks away. Be forewarned, it is located right next to some train tracks and the train is very loud. If noise is a problem,...
