On the small side plots but being so close to Vancouver and burnaby you got to expect some compromise. Pool was nice feature and small playground for our 22 mth old. Nice front of desk staff and local area is rather nice. Walmart or Safeway at Loughmeed mall stock everything you need. Overall quite pleased.

There were some bad reviews on line, but I have to say we were very pleasantly surprised on arrival! We had come here as we had intended on staying at the ' Dogwood' RV site in Surrey that had good reviews. They claimed to be 'dog friendly, do not leave the fur kids at home' lol. Not friendly when you...

Well run, carefully spaced, clean and great services. The trains are loud, bring some ear plugs, but you cannot have it all camping in a city. Wonderful environs in nature, close to shopping and the skytrain. Most units have goof shade. Parking for day guests. Compared to others in cities, this is a gem.

Stayed here for a total of 4 days. I was told upon entering that it was an adult park during the winter season only to find children in the pool and hot tub area. The train tracks were extremely annoying as the trains never stopped. The staff was extremely unprofessional. We were told to purchase a parking pass only to be...

Superb service; willing to help and courteous front desk personnel, spotless RV sites and property, great location just a few blocks from a train station which is perfect to avoid going by car to downtown Vancouver. This RV park has just what you need; it is not spacious to be outside really (all sites separated by tall bushes though) but,...

This is a convenient RV park as it is the closest one to the CBD. Bring earplugs because it's really close to the highway and right next to the train tracks, with trains frequently passing. Wifi wasn't working when we were staying there. There are hot showers, but temperature can't be adjusted.

After spending nearly 5 months in the Burnaby Cariboo RV Campground I would be happy to live there full time! The amazing warm pool and spa, showers, game room, lounge, exercise room, and camp store are the best. The sites are separated by hugh hedges and it is right beside a great trail by a stream and across the road...

Coming from Capilano RV park, this campground was our Vancouver base due to the proximity to a skytrain station. It would be ideal to go to vancouver using our rental bikes. Our 28 foot RV was suitable for hosting the five of us they said and we would have no trouble parking there. Upon entering the facility, we were presented...

The drive through the city streets of Vancouver to the Burnaby Cariboo RV Park, one of the oldest RV parks in Vancouver, feels strange after months on the backroads. It is a good thing the GPS lady knew where she was going because it would have been real fun trying to follow a paper map with this traffic and streets....

It has an excellent pool and hot tub. It is the most convenient RV park to Vancouver. The sites and roads are paved and in good condition. Nice landscaping. You park your vehicle in an adjacent lot. It also has an onsite store with a reasonable selection of groceries. However, there is a bit, and it isn't bad, of train...
