I booked online direct through Best Western website. I went to check in and they informed me my reservation was booked for the following night. As I was outside my cancellation window the lady at the Desk could not help me with a refund and they had no rooms for that evening. I called Best Western Customer relations and they submitted a review to the manager at the Hotel. The next day I received a call from the nicest hotel manager (I wish I would have gotten his name) and he helped me to get a full refund. I can't thank him enough for not charging me after I had to find another hotel 30 minutes away and it cost me double what this room was. A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE MANAGER I will not hesitate to stay there again.

We’ve stayed here twice now, both times the hot tub has not worked properly. If you have plans early in the morning you’ll have to figure out a breakfast as they don't start serving until 7am (we had to leave the hotel by 7am both mornings so we did not get the full value of our stay). We were supposed to stay with friends but the hotel tried to charge them a day early and it did not work, instead of contacting them to try and sort the situation, they canceled the reservation with no notice, leaving them to scramble to try and find another hotel because they wouldn't offer them another room. The lady that was at the desk while this was being sorted out was not very pleasant to deal with (yes our friends were not very happy and were a bit unpleasant as well but thats to be expected in this situation).

I went for a spontaneous weekend escape with my daughters. We had a great time! We enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. We enjoyed the options at breakfast, especially the BW waffle. It was fluffy and tasty. There were many other options at the full breakfast that we enjoyed. I had raisin bran cereal and waffle. My girls had sausages, potatoes, yogourt. The room was great and quiet. The location is convenient for getting dinner at many different places around, restaurants and takeout places. We also went to the grocery store across the street. Everything is right there. It was raining so, we spent most of the time in the room and pool to relax.

I was only in for 2 nights, but I am full of regret. The room next to the Breakfast room: 1. you have to walk the whole length of the building, because of issues with the key fob this helped me skip leg day. 2. The SMELLS! If you are queasy when you smell old kitchen grease, ask to be moved the second you find out they've stuck you here. 3. The NOISE started at 5am, kitchen staff just doing their job. But they moved something heavy that shook my bed from the vibrations in the floor. There was so much noise as everyone clamors in for that free breakfast all morning. You know folks with kids, it was like they were next to me.
Let me move on to the couple with two young boys in the hot tub at 8pm, eating junk food. I told the staff, next day still not cleaned up. Know how I know, gummy bears. The boys melted the gummies on the tiles. Parents didn't clean it up, staff didn't clean it after I told them. The water was gross, but the gummies almost made me laugh because I have been working so long (non-stop for months) I just wanted to relax for a bit and life goes NOPE!! I got in anyway on the second day out of hopelessness, went to the front desk afterwards to complain. Is it ever clean, probably not. Long shower after that I wasn't going to write a bad review. However, Best Western auto-email spam kept reminding me to write a review. Your wish is my command!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Don't waste your time here.
We had booked our room for youth field lacrosse Provincial Championships. City of Langley closed the fields due to snow and rescheduled the event 2 weeks later.
Very rude staff and even after calling customer service, and corporate customer relations there was no assistance moving our booking dates.
Hot tub was brown/green and hadn't been attended to for 2+ days. I'm the manager for 23 U18 lacrosse players and we will never book our team at a Best Western again.
Also, Water damage at front entrance of hotel, dirty muddy towels over the floor and a dirty Rubbermaid tote catching water falling from the ceiling and walls, dry wall disintegrating down the walls and onto the floor during entire 3 day stay.

I stayed here for two nights this past weekend and on our second day my 5 year old daughter found a NEEDLE in our “clean room” behind the chair by the table. I was absolutely horrified! I informed the front desk immediately and they came up and picked it up using a tissue and their bare hands (no gloves). I received no apology and barely any words were spoken. I was shaking with anger over the possibilities of what could have happened had my 5 year old not been mature enough to know to immediately tell me and not touch it! If my 2 year old had found it, it could have been a completely different story. I emailed the hotel immediately asking for a full refund and to be put in contact with the hotel manager and to have their phone number and email. It has now been 3 days and I have heard nothing despite emailing each day. I will continue to share this experience until I am refunded and am provided details on how they will ensure this does not happen again. There is no way our room was thoroughly cleaned. My daughter is still talking about it days later and saying she never wants to stay there again (rest assured - we absolutely never will be). Other issues we had:
- outlets in our bathroom didn’t work so was forced to get ready in the room hallway. Informed front desk and they said they’d come to look at it and never did.
- our keys did not work multiple times. They had to reset our actual lock and on the second day use a physical master key to get us into our room.
If you value your family’s safety, do not stay here!

Front desk did not care when we reported the AC didn't work. The flipped the breaker that wasn't connected to the AC at all just the lights & tv. no fans either. Can't call or talk to manager as he went home at 3pm and she doubted he would return to talk to us. We went to buy a fan & miraculously they had a no show so we were able to change rooms but no help in moving belongings. They didn't care and this place is run down. hot tub murky, no pool towels, railing into pool moves and felt like it would fall off. Housekeeping knocks on door at 9:30am to clean the room we were still in as check out is 11am.

Had to cancel due to an emergency a week before my trip. When I called they said I was locked in and would not refund my money or offer another date. They basically stole over $500 of my money for a three night stay I was unable to use. They had no compassion and could not care less that I had to cancel. I even asked could it be moved to another date and used that way and they not even do this. I have never had problems with best western in the past but this was the exception, I will be telling everyone that travels to BC not to use this hotel. Very disappointed, and as a senior cannot afford to be out over $500 because of a unpredicted emergency. Management was completely uncaring, BW customer service advised talking to hotel as they had the powerto cancel and refund or rebook. Just greed and money mattered to them.

Best Western Country Meadows Inn provided us with very pleasant accommodations for a last minute booking we had to make after not being able to stay with family for and overnight stay.
Staff were all friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Free breakfast was good - Orange juice tasted fresh squeezed and the BW signature waffles were great!

Stayed here on our trip through BC. We stayed at a variety of hotels and an AirBNB. This hotel was one of our top stays. Small so not too busy and loud, loved that it was attached to a White Spot restaurant, and that breakfast was included. We stayed with our two small kids and had a great stay. Was worried because it’s right off a busy road but you couldn’t really hear anything once you were in your room. For the money saved (best rate I could find in the area) it was totally worth it and would recommend it and would stay there again.

The pool and hot tub were not open, there is no breakfast available
Yes the parking lot is quite large. A trailer should be fine. The entrance comes up rather quick after the intersection.
