Very clean and modern feeling hotel. Excellent location for Park & Ride drop offs or over night stays being so close to the hotel. They do have a shuttle that runs every half an hour so that’s very convenient. Have a pool, hot tub and a gym. Nice spot to lay your head for a short stay.

This is a very nice new clean hotel with friendly staff. They have social distancing signs throughout the building and require masks in all public areas. The room was very clean and we appreciated the extra touches (like the towel decor and flowers).
As heavy sleepers, the train was a very mild issue. However, for anyone who is a normal sleeper or a light sleeper, the trains may be an inconvenience. However, the hotel does provide ear plugs in the rooms for light sleepers.

Very friendly customer service ; front desk, housekeeping and especially breakfast/ lunch hostes Sandy. She was amazing, very friendly with exceptional customer service. Keep up the good work! đź‘Ť Please have the airport shuttle mentioning the hotel name because, it's difficult to find a shuttle without Holiday Inn name on it.

It just cost me $36.00 to do 2 loads of laundry and buy a small bottle of Sprite. The photo shows the receipt for 1 bottle of Sprite, 2 single load boxes of Tide and 1 box of 2 sheets of Bounce, then it was $12.00 for the machines.

This hotel is beautiful, meticulously clean and brand new. We were travelling with four kids & we had to do laundry so the on-site laundry was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need and help us with the kids. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Waited 45 minutes for the airport shuttle as I was supposed to board a shuttle run by a company called "Metro". No prior instructions whatsoever and the shuttle does have logos of the hotels that it serves but Holiday Inn isn't one of them. Somehow front desk expects you to know that. My Platinum status was acknowledged and was granted early check in. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is on the smaller side.

We had a great stay in this property, from the check in process assisted by Danika at the front desk. She's very welcoming and friendly also the night auditor Karan,they know how to pay attention to the details. We were impressed with the cleanliness of our room. The lobby is very clean and welcoming, the pool is well maintained. Overall we had a great stay and we will be staying back again soon.

The staff at this hotel are great and very welcoming, the rooms are nice, the pillows and bed are comfortable. when I saw how close to the train tracks we were, I asked to give up my suite for a room away from that side of the hotel. I tried, but even with the earplugs that are provide4d in every room, I was up with every train ( about 6 of them overnight) and got up exhausted for a trip to Winnipeg at 6am.

I stay here for business whenever i am in Nisku and it’s a wonderful hotel. The front desk staff is helpful especially DYLAN who was amazing! He went beyond what was expected of him by his customer service and was just so helpful. Will be back. One question is - anyway you sell pillows ? I love the soft one - seriously the best ever!!
Decent breakfast also - restaurant doesn’t have a great atmosphere but foods decent. No happy hour either which I think would be a good thing to bring in more people for dinner!

My stay was great and the server in the breakfast area (Kathryn) was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and just overall displayed great professionalism. I wish I could say the same for her manager, which I cannot. The manager was discipiling her within earshot of myself about keeping blinds open. First of all, it was very sunny and I thought it was better the other way myself, but there was no reason for the manager to act the way she did if front of customers and I felt it was very unprofessional. If there was a discussion to be made, it should have been done out of visibility of customers and really for what I witnessed - there was no reason for it anyways. Kathryn, you are awesome and thank you for the great service.

Good day, sorry we do not have any pool side rooms, all our rooms start on the second floor. Our pool is 4 feet 6 inches on the deep side.

Thank you for your interest In our property. We have a 24 complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. We have a restaurant on site that puts on a breakfast, 6:00 - 11:00 AM Monday - Friday, and 6:30 - 11:00 AM on the weekend.
We are about a 5 minute drive away from the airport.
