I booked the two room kitchenette because I like to prepare my own food. The room was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, the kitchenette had no stove or cooktop. There were no cooking utensils of coffee maker available. The breakfast was the usual bread/cereal/cut muffins. Granted it is a super cheap rate so in this case you definitely get what you pay for.

The thermostat wasn’t working so my room was boiling. The remote for the TV only worked if you moved the batteries around. The bathroom fan came on automatically if you turned in the light and it was SO LOUD. The “air conditioning” unit was also insanely loud. The towels were small and scratchy. Would not recommend.

Booked this room from Feb 3rd till the 10th, 2025. My son arrived early Tues morning and stayed 3 nights. I arrived Friday morning and found the room deplorable. No working heat, no working smoke detector. There were no lamp shades, the light by the bathroom was broken. There also were missing cover plates for the outlets and some were broken and taped together. A small space heater to keep the room warm. It was like a crack house. I was very disappointed with the room. It was nothing that was advertised online when I booked it.

My sister and I checked into the hotel. Upon entering the room we were greeted with a foul rotten food smell but since we were in a hurry to check to get to a birthday we were in town for we figured we could push through and just spray some perfume to get past it.
We arrived back to the hotel just before midnight and now came to realize the only lamp in the room that works is if you twist the light bulb as the bottom is broken. Once again we thought oh well we’re only here to sleep.
Now, In the middle of the night we come to realize toilet was broken! This was the final straw for us. As you could only flush by lifting the lid off and pulling the flap at the bottom.
This is not how your guests should have to use the facilities. Sticking your hand in dirty tolit water every time you use the toilet is just unacceptable. To make matters worse the toilet also ran ALL NIGHT and it was extremely loud and neither me or sister got a wink of sleep.
I went down to the front this morning to kindly express my concerns and the gentleman working the desk never once apologized but instead asked if we wanted to stay another night??
Why on earth would we want to do that again? He then said the best he could do is refund us $20 and I was to contact management to discuss further. Arrive home only to find out no $20 refund was given. Instead an additional $20 charge was applied. Absolutely unacceptable.
The worst hotel experience ever. This was more of a halfway house than a hotel. With no customer service what so ever.

Budget hotel, so I wasn't expecting much. Most of the clientelle appear to be blue collar men who wear big boots...so that could explain why the hallways are so dirty. Elevator and stairwell also dirty. Bed was comfy, but not the flat pillows. Bathroom: toilet seat left up and toilet paper unwound and torn...like someone recently used it. Ambient buzzing noise (like a whining motor) kept me up most of the night. Friendly front desk staff.

I wish I could give this hotel a minus stars review. This was my worst hotel experience EVER! The grounds smelt like cigarettes and marijuana. Our room was disgusting. The carpet had many gross stains on it. I'm pretty sure that the carpet has never been cleaned with a carpet shampoo. There were also nasty stains on the bed skirts, they looked like they'd never been washed. My blanket smelled like smoke. We got in really late at the airport 11pm and were just looking to sleep, we were so tired and we had our kids with us. We decided to overlook the room because we were exhausted. We should have turned around and left. This was just the beginning. In the dead of the night at 1am the man who worked there was outside the room next to us yelling at the people in the room "OPEN THE DOOR!" He yelled it over and over for an hour. He was so loud, I'm sure he woke the entire building up. Every room door is on outside of the building. After the man working at the hotel finished yelling and banging on the door for an hour and a half waking everyone up, my husband went to speak with him about a refund and he said he couldn't give us a refund because we booked online. Pretty sure this is how most people book hotels these days. No matter what the situation was in that room next to us, there is absolutely no reason for the man working there to continue on yelling for so long at the people in that room, waking up everyone else. I will never forget this experience and I will never go back. I hope nobody goes here, even aside from the craziness that occurred the room was disgusting.

This place is an absolute disaster, room was never cleaned, wasn’t clean when i arrived found food crumbs and a condom wrapper on the floor (of which was not mine) , being asked for smokes when walking outside by vagrants, horrible smell and everything basically falling apart total wreck do not spend any time here if it were up to me I would not be staying here and will not recommend building should be condemned. Never again will I come near here. Spend extra money get a nice place

Stayed for a longer period of time. The room was never cleaned. My sheets and bedding were taken from me and never returned. No towels were ever given. The bath tub never drained and never fixed. I gave a $400 damage deposit and $650 was taken off my credit card. They ignored me and are still ignoring me. Smoke alarms were not working and floor plans had no exits. The hotel was dirty and never cleaned properly. They charged me over $1250 for a weeks stay. Do Not Stay Here.

Nothing advertised was supplied - stayed for 5 days because it was cheap and all I needed was a place to sleep and heat up some food; but no microwave, no fridge, no wifi, lights didn't work, 1 ply toilet paper. My room was around a bunch of people who seemed to live there who were nice enough but perhaps had 'interesting' occupations. Place wrecked of pot and &!@#.

Great location and very good service. My daughters missed their flight out from Toronto, so they arrive 2 am in the morning. The shuttle service was still provided and the night auditor was extremely accommodating. Great and pleasant service.
