the exact opposite of our experience at the Quality inn right beside it on the way. The beds were the epidemy of comfort with pillow top mattresses and comfortable fluffy pillows. Everything was clean and very quiet and a good price with friendly staff. no breakfast included not a deal breaker

Friendly staff, excellent food and beverage and zero issues for my stay. I had no concerns with anything and my stay was great. Food and beverage for my business meeting was very good. Staff were friendly and attentive, Great place overall.

Hotel and restaurant were good, staff was good. The only problem I have it trouble with collecting my Wyndham rewards points. For some reason every time I stay there they can’t enter mr rewards number in and always leave a note for the manager. The rewards never get added unless I call Wyndham with the dates I stay and who wants to be doing that every stay. I was usually staying there once or twice every month fir the last year.

Hotel itself is nice, rooms extremely clean, and situated a minute from casino, outlet mall, and airport. Staff friendly. Our only complaint was the absolutely HORRIBLE food in the cafe. It's actually a very nice area, we assumed the food would be decent. The eggs benedict was by far the worst I have ever tasted. I can't think of a word to accurately describe it. I should have complained but didn't (stupid me). We also ordered french toast and it was just as bad. For that reason alone we would not come back. You assume some sort of quality at a hotel and this just ruined the stay. $40 wasted on garbage. There is so nice way to say it. The manager should insist on quality and an experienced cook. It is obvious this has been over-looked. These 2 items on menu should never have been offered let alone served.…

Plumbing fixtures could use an update, nothing to really cry about. The food is good. Rooms are huge, I could have had a party with 20 people in my room easy! Check in and check out was really easy!!!

My company hosted a lunch with guest speakers for our clients at the Royal Hotel and the staff did a great job! The food was good, everything was clean and well laid out. Every staff member was quick to offer to help/get us anything we needed. Will be returning for future events.

My husband and I chose the Royal Hotel for our small intimate wedding in the beginning of April. From the first meeting with Allyssa and her team, they did not disappoint! Everything was FABULOUS and they treated us so well. Food was served hot and on time and it was delicious! They went above and beyond, especially for such a small group! We cannot rave enough and we will take all these memories with us! HIGHLY recommend! Thank you to you ALL!!

We rented the venue for a large 300 person event. So many in attendance commented on how much they liked the facility. It was very spacious and clean with lots of parking. Throughout the process Allyssa and Indiana were a huge help. They were very accommodating for our needs such as seating arrangements, and audio /video setup as well. Our event was live streamed on zoom without any hiccups over hotel wi-fi which can be finicky at other venues. We definitely enjoyed using the facility and it contributed to he success of our event. We'll be back again for sure.

Great rooms great staff and great restaurant annd pub. Only problem I have is that you have to pay for parking ☹️ conveniently close to the airport also they have a free shuttle to and from the airport.
