My wife and I have been here twice since June and we cannot wait to go back again. The location in Magog is ideal for driving or walking to all the conveniences of the main street, which is home to many nice stores. Our hosts couldn't be more helpful and attentive. The rooms are immaculate and spacious. Looking forward to our next visit.

Centrally located in Magog steps from downtown shops and restaurants and close to the lakeside as well. Patrick and Miriam were gracious hosts who shared their knowledge of the Townships and Quebec history and culture with us. Delicious four course breakfasts kick started our days and our room was clean and spacious with a private bath and amazing shower. Located on a quiet street, ample parking and a beautiful back garden for relaxing.

A hotel this is not, but rather a fantastic b&b run by a couple who could not have been friendlier and more helpful. Had one of the garden chalets, 30% of the floor space was occupied with the biggest and most comfortable bed I have slept in for quite a while. A very short walk into the centre of Magog (an abundance of restaurants) and the lake. Breakfast was magnificent, prepared with care and fresh ingredients. Scrambled eggs with salty herbs was among the best tasted anywhere.

Huge well decorated room with a comfy bed, a fridge and lots of space to spread out. The included air conditioning was nice as the weather was quite hot. The owner was very friendly and breakfasts were innovative and delicious. We would stay here again, f we got the chance.

We spend three nights at O Bois Dormant in September to do some cycling in the Eastern Townships. The B&B was very clean and comfortable with a wonderful and varied breakfast each morning. There was a fridge for guests that we could keep snacks and beverages. The location was perfect and within a short walk of the downtown area with lots of shopping and restaurants. We swam in the pool everyday after returning from cycling and we were given a key for the garage so we could safely store our bicycle. The owners were interesting, friendly and helpful with regards to both where to dine and cycle. We would certainly recommend this B&B.

This cozy B & B is close to town yet quiet and relaxing. The owners are friendly and helpful,Patrick directed us to a lovely little tributary off of Lake Memphramagog for kayaking. The room was clean and comfortable, food was healthy and delicious. All in all this was a fabulous experience for our first stay in a B & B. We would definitely go back again.

This B&B is an old Victorian style home and is beautifully decorated. Patrick, the owner, was very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The backyard is wonderful--pool, hot tub, sauna, swings, and a sweet dog! Our room, although small, had a lovely balcony. All the amenities are perfect, as was breakfast. There was a garage for our tandem bicycle and Patrick gave us the key so we had instant access to the bike. It's in a great location--near town but on a quiet street.

We came for our second stay at O Bois Dormant. We stayed in an elegant room with a private bathroom on the second floor of the main house. The antique furnishings gave the room character and warmth. I felt like I had travelled back in time. The bed was super comfortable and had two cozy duvets. The top duvet had a red silky cover with gold brocade--so elegant. There was also a daybed lounge in a deep red velour along one wall, a closet, dresser, bedside tables, lamps, and loads of electrical outlets. The bedroom window looked out on the grounds and the clean, welcoming pool below. The bathroom was romantically equipped with a double Jacuzzi bathtub. The bath products were top quality--soap, shampoo, body lotion, and a blow dryer. The window let in fresh air and natural light. The breakfast was a work of art!! Patrick is a master creator of flavours, colours, and textures presented in an elegant, multi course fashion. Maryam's knowledge of naturopathic medicine ensures health informed ingredients, like Maca in the smoothie. Despite the multiple courses, I was pleasantly surprised to be satisfied without feeling I'd over indulged. It was delicious!!! The Victorian house is artistically decorated and oozes comfort. Maryam and Patrick are knowledgeable, personable and gracious hosts. They keep beautiful grounds and attend to a multitude of details to make your stay comfortable and pleasing to the mind and senses. I can't wait to come back!!

Many thanks Marilyn. We hope you can stay longer next time and explore the area. Please note that Maryam has a on-location office for naturopathic consultations but her availability should be checked before a visit since she also works in Montreal and it's south shore. Warm regards, Patrick.

Such a lovely place to stay, a house of great character and charm with every amenity, charming, interesting and helpful hosts in Maryam and Patrick, absolutely scrumptious breakfasts and a 5/10 minute walk from the centre but in a peaceful location. There is a pool and hot tub, parking off road and a sitting room for the guests. Our twin room had a delightful balcony, comfortable beds and a good shower over bath and a fridge for communal use on the landing. Thank you to Patrick and Maryam, if we are lucky enough to return to Magog we would have no hesitation in coming back to your warm welcome.
