My wife and I have been here twice since June and we cannot wait to go back again. The location in Magog is ideal for driving or walking to all the conveniences of the main street, which is home to many nice stores.
Our hosts couldn't be more helpful and attentive.
The rooms are immaculate and spacious.
Looking forward to our next visit.

We really enjoyed this second stay at this hostel. Our room, La Jouvence, is spacious and well appointed. The breakfasts are as generous as possible. We certainly plan to return there during the summer for our greatest pleasure. Thank you so much !

Room was only adequate, very few channels available on their televsion set and quite old shower set in bathroom. Comforters looked old and had some ripping/damage. Food was adequate, though definitely not anything exceptional. The innkeeper struck me as having an odd character, making several uncomfortable, inappropriate comments and some that were downright discriminative and offensive. Making discriminative and offensive comments based on gender or identity is completely inappropriate in any setting, as is disparaging the role and questioning the place of women in the workplace because of their gender, and other sexist innuendos and left me with a sense of a highly unpleasant stay. I don't recommend this place nor will I return.

Apologies for any offense but this review is most bizarre. You may want to know that my wife has 3 master's degree and 4 other jobs including college teacher while I do all our b&b's cleaning and cooking. Now, it is true that I make occasional remarks over my wife being a better hostess than I am, also, since she is charming and I'm just an 'odd character'. Such grave allegations of sexism and gender bias should be based on facts, not just some hasty perceptions.

Many thanks for your comments and charming visit. Looking at your name on trip advisor I'm glad we recommended the ''musée du chocolat'' for your next stop in Bromont ;)

This place is a gem: it has so many great facets to it: charming, interesting, welcoming, multilingual hosts happy to answer questions and make you feel at home and who serve delicious, healthy breakfasts. A fantastic location on a quiet side street just a short walk to the lakefront, shops, restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. The Queen Ann style home is gorgeous as is the garden with pool, hot tub and sauna. The rooms are all different and so tastefully decorated, in addition to being very clean. Comfy bed and pillows too. And a great double jacuzzi bath to soak in after a long day of hiking! Mini fridge on the landing to store beverages is so practical. Tons of fascinating books to read on a rainy day... I highly recommend this B&B for couples or solo adults. Plus, they also rent a house nearby for large families. Great for a reunion or getaway with friends. Call them today!

We stayed in the guest house adjacent to the B&B. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is great, near the main street. The only unfortunate thing was the weather: they have a pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna but we were not able to use them! The host was very helpful and we would definitely stay there again.

It never ceases to amaze us how each B&B is a little different and this one was a very pleasant experience. We were on the last night of a 2-week road trip, and it was a great way to finish off. The hosts were very helpful and gracious, and the breakfast was amazing in a lovely, sunny dining room. I always like a B&B that has individual tables like this rather than one large dining table where conversation can be awkward. We had the king room (really comfy bed) with a private balcony (which was lovely even though it was chilly), and it had a nice bathroom and shower. We took a peak at the other two queen rooms as they were unoccupied, and they looked lovely as well, with nice sitting areas and large Jacuzzi type tubs in spacious bathrooms. There was also a nice sitting area upstairs in the hall, and then a larger guest living room downstairs. The location is great - walking distance to everything, tons of restaurants nearby and a lovely park. Too late in the season for us to enjoy it, but there was a nice pool, hot tub, and sauna in the back yard.

We appreciated the warmth of the hosts, the excellent location and the delicious breakfast smoothies. We were there on a business trip and were accommodated for our work needs and were also able to work from a coffee shop a block away.

Thank you! Would come back anytime!

We stayed as a family of 3 (2 adults and an almost two year-old) for 3 nights. First I must say that we didn't stay at the "O bois dormant" but rather at the "Sous la vigne" B&B n ext door. It is however all the same since it's administered by the same owners and you have access to the same facilities (namely the pool and the jacuzzi).

Our room was an "annex" to the main building. In fact it was a garage remodeled into a cozy little cabin. It had a appropriately equipped kitchen (including a fridge), a tv, a queen sized bed (at the roof level), a sofa-bed, a bathroom with a shower and your own private porch. Everything was nice and clean. Since there was a rooftop level, separated from the living-room area, it was perfect for us with our little boy as he could have his own space to sleep while we were able to enjoy some time on the porch downstairs.

The breakfasts were creative and tasty.

The hosts are very nice and knowledgeable. They can give you great advice about the area or you can just have a pleasant chat with them.

Finally, location is really good, two blocks away from the main Street with restaurants and pubs or the beach area.

I would recommend this place if you happen to pass by Magog.
