Top rating is because of location & price. 3 blocks from lake & downtown restaurants & nightlife. Great for exploring wineries, ski resorts & Quebec Eastern Townships. Primary clientele are Canadian tourists from Quebec. Stayed 3 nights, worth the price & convenient to everything.

Not bad for a quick stopover but compared with most motels we have stayed in the room was tiny. The bed was pushed into an alcove and it wasn't easy to get in and out of. Also not a lot of room to open your suitcase and put anything down anywhere. No breakfast either, but plenty of places nearby.

Rooms was clean, not modern. Wifi was a little weak but manageable. Close walk to downtown restaurants and pubs. Easy walk to the park and McDoanlds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee in the room not very good.

This hotel met our needs nicely. We had an easy check in with the very friendly owner. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. No breakfast here, but MCD's was within a short walk. Nice touch with the front porch to sit on. Internet worked well, and the neighborhood / area was good. Downtown was also within walking distance,...

We were pleastly surprised by our stay. We slept better than we did in some higher-end hotels. It's nothing luxurious: don't go if you're hoping for a romantic, stay-in-youy-room getaway. But, if you're looking for nothing more than sleep and you don't need anything fancy, this place will do very well. The amenities are nothing regal but they're very reasonable...

Read all the reviews on this little motel and was expecting great things so when the best price I could get was just a tad over 100$ I swallowed hard and booked. Unfortunately the room we landed did not match the reviews. #7 has two double beds which basically takes up all the space in the room. The room felt...

Cute little motel. Have to go out of room to pick up Wifi. Friendly reception, clean room. Receptionist gave us good tips for different things to see. Good room for the price. Close enough to walk to cute downtown area. Magog is a nice little city.

We booked this place on-line after some searching for an easy to reach stopover on a trip south to Portland. It is well located in a quieter area of town, but only steps to the centre with all its many shops and restaurants. The place is a typical older Canadian motel, very well kept and has extremely friendly and helpful...

I want to take the opportunity to thank Felix for exceptional flexibility. We originally booked 5 rooms for our team and then booked 3 others for parents. I will describe the motel as a comfortable home away from home. Anything we needed they were willing to be helpful. We felt safe, and I have to mention how absolutely wonderful it...

Upon entering our room our first reaction was "oh Boy what have we got oursleves into". But after our initial impression we looked around. The room was clean, furniture was dated but it good shape, room has been recently painted, beds were comfortable and clean. Washroom was up to standard but no fan. Each room(we rented three) was equipped with...
