One of Ganagoque’s largest Bed and Breakfasts welcomes travelers to its unique 19th century home. We are steps away from all there is to see and do, Downtown Shopping, Thousand Islands, Marina, Theatre, Beach, Boat tours and Restaurants. Our accommodations boast large rooms with ensuites and comfortable rooms with shared bath. All rooms are updated with WIFI, flat screen TVs and ductless Air conditioning. A hot breakfast including baked goods, fresh fruit and cereal are served every day in our bright Garden Room. Stay with us a night or two and keep the memories for a lifetime.

Staying at Seaway Manor with my wife and our 10 year-old daughter has provided our family with a core memory for a lifetime! Colin and Peter are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. Their home is immaculate and the breakfast is fine dining-worthy (Mandarin poppyseed loaf to start, then a house-made sourdough open-faced breakfast sandwich with an accompaniment of homefries and fresh fruit - need I say more?). Not to mention, you're within minutes of live theatre, 1000 Islands boat cruises and the downtown core. Highly recommended; we'll be back!

What an excellent weekend we had staying at Seaway Manor. The hosts are very welcoming and make sure everything is top notch while you stay. Room was emaculate! Bed and bedding sooo comfy! Had an excellent stay at Seaway! The hosts very warm, friendly, and helpful… Room was very clean (spotless!) with a very comfy bed and the breakfast was very nice. Collin and Peter included some special touches like local, handmade soaps and had some homebaked cookies for us in the room. :) Would gladly stay again and recommend them! Location is great and we were able to leave our car in their lot past check-out time while we did one of the cruises, also. Collin and Peter run a tight (and very charming) ship! Thank you!

Highly recommend it. Peter and Colin are great hosts who have done a terrific job renovating the manor. Delicious breakfasts as well. Would stop here if we are ever in this area and need a stopover

Peter and Colin were outstanding hosts. They really make you feel at home. We had a lovely and clean room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is in one word: amazing! I can only recommend this place when looking for a stay in Gananoque/Thousand Islands.

My husband and I have been visiting Gananoque to celebrate our wedding anniversary for almost twenty years now. The Seaway Manor has become our favourite getaway. Peter and Collin are wonderful hosts. The accomodation and excellent breakfast cannot be beat. Would highly recommend!

Super nice and welcoming hosts. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Breakfast is delicious (shoutout to Collin for his culinary skills 😊) and the location is perfect as well. All in all, by far the best choice for a stay in Gananoque. Thanks to both Peter and Collin for their care and attention.

Our family just spent the weekend at Seaway Manor to celebrate a family event. We stayed in suites 1, 2 ,3 and 4. All the rooms were amazing! Suite one was great for older parents with mobility issues as it was on first floor and had walk in shower. So spacious. Our bed was super comfy and everything was so clean. The house is beautiful with lots of attention to details. By far the best were our hosts, Colin and Peter. We all loved how great they were. Friendly and caring, making us really feel at home. And the breakfasts were so delicious. Colin's baking was so good my mother asked for the recipes! They even accommodated dietary issues with ease and care. The location was great too, quiet area but withing walking distance of boat cruise, theater and restaurants. Would highly recommend!…

Excellent accommodations. The room is immaculate. Colin and Peter are personable hosts with terrific senses of humour. The breakfast is delicious. Don't need to go for breakfast anywhere else in Gananoque when you stay at the Seaway Manor. I was to attend the theatre at the Playhouse and to do the 3 hour 1000 Islands Tour. Walking distance to both destinations.
