We booked this hotel asking for a room were we can see the Perce rock , but due to the fact we arrived a day in advance they accommodate us and let us have an room in the back for the same price as the room we nook over looking the water and Perce Rock. This building only had 3 rooms and we could not sleep due to the fact the adjoining room had young children and they were beyond active and also when you walked in the room you always felt like you were going down hill , it was by far not level at all .But we shut our mouths and lived with it. When I took a shower the 1st night I grabbed a towel to dry off and it was full of lip stick and mascara. So the next day after I showered I once again grabbed a towel to dry off and it was the same towel , they cleaned the room did not make the beds but did empty the garbage can and put back the same towels...I was not impressed by this hotel what so ever and after getting to see what Perce is all about there is by far much nicer places to stay and I would not be surprised if they were not cheaper.. would I go back to this hotel ( nope )

We went there because we found a spot, a cancelation for one night. It was just perfect. You have the view in your room to see the rocher Perce at sunset and also to wake up in the morning to see the beauty of the ocean with such a sunrise.
Oh, just beautiful amazing view!

The hotel, the room and the bathroom were also really clean and beds were comfortable. Because of Covid time, breakfast was prepared into a lunch box, and you need to pay for that. But it was correct. It is just a ten minutes walk from everything in the main street of Perce, restaurants and everything.

Best hotel. Location within walking distance to main sights. (12 minute walk).
Best views of PERCE rock - most rooms have direct view of rock (unobstructed).
Nice renovated rooms with FRIDGE. Good A/C.
Free parking (assigned beside unit).
Comfy and very clean and nice. Loved this hotel.
You can preorder breakfast (croissants) or go and pick up espresso coffee in the morning. (also coffee in the room). Restaurant is closed now due to no staff available.

the rooms are very outdated , the bed not so comfortable. We are on the bottom level and paid for a view , but there's trees that block the view. So the view is not from every room. The furniture is very outdated , small TV , super small fridge that makes lots of noise. Theres not enough light in the room , its very dark on a cloudy day. The coffee machine is in the bathroom!!!! WTH

The bathroom door is a sliding door with no lock. The first time we used the washroom, the toilet got blocked. We called reception and they started telling us what to do !! I didn't pay 400 for 2 nights to fix my bathroom. We asked for another room and they said they were fully booked. We wanted to cancel our second night, but they said we can't since we had to give 48 hours 😔... so mad.
The room has a carpet which is bad for those with allergies. No extra pillows. The mirror was broken, like they can't afford to change the mirror ?

The only pro is that its
Walking distance to the main street.

Pool is very small and they tell you to book a 30 min block for your room so no one else would be in the pool except you and your family.

We definitely not coming back to this hotel.
If the night was under a 100$ than its you get what you pay for ... but honestly , for what we paid I had higher expectations.

A hotel room with an actual key!

Stayed: September 2nd, 2022, for one night.

Property: An older two-story building with no elevator. It is at 288 on highway 132.

Room Type: One Queen Bed, No Smoking, Upper Floor with balcony, 1 small table and TV.

Pros: Situated on highway 132, going up a hill with some of the best views of Percé Rock and Bonaventure Island. Sufficient parking. The bedding & mattress were OK. Large exterior pool.

Cons: a bit on the pricey side for a standard room and the room style was very outdated; we got a Notice saying the large dining room was closed to most everyone except for organized tour buses. Therefore, No dinner and No breakfast offered. These two services (breakfast & dinner) were why we booked here in the first place. Can’t cook in the room or on the grounds, can’t eat fish in the room, must take out own garbage to the garage!!!

Cleanliness: for cleanliness it could have been better.

Rating: If you’re not part of an organized tour bus, we do Not recommend this motel: rating 2.0.

This is a satisfactory place to stay in Percé. The great price and fabulous view are what really made it worthwhile.
The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The air conditioning and the shower functioned just fine. The rooms could use some updating...the decor is a weird hodge-podge and the bathroom has no fan. If you don't care about those things, then you'll be quite happy staying here.
The reception is *very* friendly! But I only found out just now by reading another review below that we could have ordered croissants for breakfast. It would have been nice to have that info.
You can't get better than the upper floor balconies, though. They are semi-private and lovely for enjoying your view of the town and the water with the rock and Bonaventure Island.

Stayed 2 nights and really liked the hotel. It’s motel in style but the room was hotel standard. We had a balcony with an amazing view of Perce rock. The bed was large and comfortable and the room spotless. The family who run it were extremely helpful providing us Brits with hot water to make tea as there’s no kettle in the room. Friendly receptionist who gave us helpful recommendations for dinner. Only disappointment was the hotel had no food service.
Had dinner at Bouverie au terrace which was excellent.
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and Perce is a lovely place to visit. We were lucky enough to see Minke and Fin whales off the shore.

We stayed here for one night. Wish I would’ve stayed much longer. The staff was welcoming and room was meticulous. Newly renovated and very clean. Beds were very comfy and the view was amazing from our balcony. I highly recommend this place.

The view from our room was breathtaking. The accomodations solidly satisfactory. Reminded me of what were once called "Motor Lodges". Polite hospitable staff. big quiet well-appointed room, nice heated pool, good plumbing, clean linen. There was nothing really exceptional besides the view, but what more does a traveler need. No food on premises, but the village is a quick walk or drve away.
