The room we had at this property was more like a small cabin than a motel room. It consisted of a large bedroom containing two of the most comfortable beds and pillows that I have ever slept in. There is a en suite toilet and handbasin and a separate ensuite shower area.
The front room has a large window overlooking the sea and is only a short walk to the beach. The room is furnished with a dining room table and four chairs (there are extensions available to make the table bigger if you so desire), a two person couch. There is a small alcove that contains a kitchenette consisting of two electric burners, frig, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cutlery crockery you would need.
It is extrmely well priced and you should check it out. All the rooms have views across the adjacent camping park to the sea and we were able to watch whales just off shore feeding over two consecutive days.
There is a restaurant right next door and more restaurants, supermarkets all within walking distance.
Continental breakfast is available and there is free wifi, free parking.
We enjoyed our stay here so much that we extended our stay for a further two nights.

It is not far from national parks and Gaspie which is an interesting town.
The proprieter is lovely, speaks english and is extremely welcoming and helpful with advice.
The property is quite old but is well maintained -TV was a bit patch if you don't speak french but bring a good book and your binoculars to watch the whales

Yes - What a view! You are on the far side of the Perce rock. This is a unique place, as it is a B&B in the main house, a Motel in back of the house (closer to the sea - with a view and sitting area), and a Chalet beside the Main house. We were in the Chalet. It was perfect for us (a couple there for 5 nights), or a family - as it had a stove/oven in a full kitchen, a sitting area with TV, and 2 double beds with a large dresser. Our bed was very comfortable, and the area was so quiet - it was heaven! The hostess was extremely warm and welcoming. She was most accommodating to our needs. We had our own breakfasts in our chalet, but she eventually persuaded us to come for some coffee, and lovely homemade bread and jam, croissonts and fruit in her breakfast room. Yummy!

She also directed us to some lovely hikes, and an area that we would have missed, and as we had passed it on our way into town - L'Anse-a-Beaufit is a must see!

I arrived early in the afternoon & scored a room in the hotel with a view of the rock. The owner made me a coffee & biscuit before she headed out to do errands. The chance to just sit & stare at the great view was all I needed after the drive. The room was unusual with a toilet & sink behind a partial wall. A full bath was down the hall. I liked the arrangement.
I walked down the street to explore the village, still lots of things to look at & the ferry to Bonaventure Is was tempting.
Breakfast was homemade jams with a croissant & bakery bread. Simple but tasty. Coffee was great. The property includes cabins & is close to stairs down to the beach where you can walk out on the causeway at low tide to the rock.

We stayed here 3 nights while visiting gaspé. cabins where fine but could use a little bit of decoration enhancements.
The owner was very accommodating - the place was very peaceful. Breakfast is not included but is walking distance to everything in downtown Percé.

This is a 1950s-era motel that has clearly seen better days. The ceiling tiles were sagging, the plumbing was wonky — especially the toilet flush action — and the windows were in a poor state of repair. The room and bathroom were small, and the bathtub looked like it came from a doll house.

The property advertises a view of the famous rock, but there was none from our unit.

All in all, we considered the place rather shabby, and didn't believe it was good value for the price charged.

Such a good find. Our garden side, kitchenette room was in fact a whole little apartment with sitting/dining room and bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped enough though no oven, just microwave and hob. Maybe a little seaside shabby but clean and serviced. The bed was ultra comfortable and we slept like logs it was so peaceful.

The view from the veranda was just magnificent; the north beach below and Perce rock itself also visible. We left the car there for three days and walked around the village, everything is within walking distance including the start of the trails up Mont Ste Anne. Idyllic.

A cozy pretty simple motel. There is no shower in the room, but a toilet and a sink. The view out of the window is awesome: direct sight to the percé rock. People are friendly and explained me where to go in town and what was on in town. The gap under the door is too big, about 5 cm. Not only can everbody here you out of the room, you can almost see whene coming the stairs that end right in front if the room.

We stayed here for one week in July this summer. We stayed in the cottage, which was spotlessly clean, beds very comfortable and the kitchen completely well equipped. On arrival, the weather was quite cool but our cottage was warmed up in less than 5 minutes with good electric heating! On the warmer days, the cross breeze in the cottage with the open windows was perfect. Washing dishes, looking at Perce Rock was a most enjoyable task! This location is only a one minute walk--or less---to stairs for the north beach--and on most mornings, we were thrilled to be entertained by at least 2 whales in the water. The location is perfect for walking to the Perce Wharf and all the shops and restaurants.
Madeleine made us feel very welcome on our arrival and encouraged us to let her know if she could do anything to make our stay more comfortable.
We also had exceptional housekeeping service on a daily basis.
We would gladly recommend this Motel to others and would stay here again ourselves!

I stayed in a motel room facing the water. It was simple, basic, clean, nothing extra special to write home about in itself but it is in a good location. There is a campground/trailer part between you and the water but it does not block your view of the sea. Both nights I stayed there I saw a whale pass by while relaxing after dinner on the front porch. You are also steps from the path that leads down to the beach closest to the famous Perce Rock, and walking distance to anything you heart chooses to do in town.
