I have visited Maple Motel in Orillia and i am very impressed from the management and cleanliness. I would recommend everyone who is planning to visit Orillia in future for staying here and most importantly all the basic amenities and needs are closer to the motel.
tiny room, comfortable bed. Road under construction . Owner seems honest and helpful . Wifi was ok. because of Covid , city making parking at waterfront difficult. it was ok for one night. The booking had me in for 2 nights, the owner made sure I was not charged for two nights. So he honest. Just realise construction area.
There is not much reasonable choice of hotels in Orillia but the Maples Motel was inexpensive and clean, & had extremely comfortable beds! Coffee, tea & fridge also provided. It is on a busy road near the lake & so is a 10 minute walk into the main street of Orillia. Definitely value for money.
This is a very small motel with basic amenities. But our room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough, the proprietor was friendly and helpful. We had a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. The main benefit we really enjoyed was we were very close to the waterfront and enjoyed walking along the boardwalk in the morning.
Comfort without the Frills. We just needed a place to lay our heads for the evening and were not disappointed by this clean comfortable place. They have the cutest tiny tub but one of the cleanest bathrooms. Its located right next to a 24 hour grocery store so if you need anything you are covered. Check in and Checkout were smooth. Very nice family owned business.
