The hotel is good with a small play area for kuds inside the premises. It has bumper cars also though it is small but good for kids above 6 years. Breakfast is good but with very limited options. Overall, nice decent hotel. The best part it that the car can be parked just outside your room in case your room is on lower floor.

The most beautiful thing in this hotel is the pool /hot top and sauna. Pool was big and 8 feet depth and clean, although it wasn’t hot but for me it was warm enough for swimming while my family preferred if it’s more warmer. Hot breakfast was good , having waffles, omelette, French potato and sausage was great for breakfast with fruits, it’s only missing yogurt and some pastries.if those were there the breakfast will be perfect . Room was spacious and clean, and the good thing about this hotel there is no stairs for second level because the property is on slope no need for stairs. Customer service was amazing and professional, responded fast and very helpful when I asked them for a different room than what was chosen for me. Also allowed me to late checkout so we can enjoy the pool as possible. Me and my family liked it very much and would come back again.

We stayed for 4 nights. PROS: Great location and easy access to all amenities. Good complementary breakfast. Enjoyed the ground floor room with a sliding door overlooking a green space. CONS: Despite a sign in the room stating towels would be changed after 3 nights, they were not, We had to request fresh towels. No one came to empty the garbage in 4 days, despite three guests in our room. Had to request more toilet paper and tissues. Bathroom door hook came off. The room and property needs a lot of TLC.

My friend was attending a celebration of life at the attached conference centre and I was going to sit in the lobby or bar to wait. I asked the front desk gentleman at around 4pm if there was a washroom I could use . He said there wasn’t. I asked again if there was a washroom on the lobby floor to which he replied there are bathrooms in the rooms! I then asked if there was a bar to which he cut me off and said no . I then said Bar ( washrooms are mandatory). He pointed to the conference centre. What a disgrace. As a senior we put up with a lot from the current crop of youngsters but this was beyond the pale. Clearly this clerk could see I was in discomfort but did nothing. I would never ever stay at this place even if it was free. BTW the Bar was closed and the washrooms down a flight and a half of stairs.

The outside needs a facelift. The front desk staff were cheery and helpful. The room was clean. We had asked for a cot which when we set up was broken. Maintenance was quick to bring a new cot. The room only had 2 bath towels and a bath mat. It would have been nice to have 3 towels since they knew we had 3 people. The pool was very nice and large. The buffet breakfast was good. I really liked the make your own waffles. It would have been nice to have food labeled so you did not have to open everything and let the heat out. Staff could have done better at cleaning the tables once guests were done. With dogs being allowed in the rooms the halls smell like wet dog.

Although i’ve lived in Canada all my life, I never tried ice fishing. Thanks to good friends, we traveled to Orillia and had a great day in a surprisingly warm and cozy fish hut. Afterwards we headed to Orillia Quality Inn and hoped there would be a restaurant nearby. We were beyond thrilled as we pulled up to see a restaurant and arcade with bowling and bumper cars!!! Orillia Quality Inn set up the perfect evening for all of us (i.e. 3 families with kids ranging from 6-18yrs). We ate (the funnel cake fries are a must try); played pool and video games; but by far the bumper cars were the highlight of the evening! Usually bumper cars kinda sucks because you all get stuck and it’s too hard to drive. The cars can move, the bumpers are big, and the time was long. So much fun!!!
Although the hallways were cool, the rooms, water, and swimming pool were warm and comfortable. It actually felt good knowing the rooms and doors were well insulated, especially thinking about the environment.
The staff were so friendly, hardworking and helpful. Even my kids noticed how hard the staff worked and the different roles they played!
Thank you Orillia Quality Inn! Really was a Quality stay!

We stayed here two years ago when we were attenfding a family gathering at the local provincial park. Back than it was the Highway Man Hotel since that been around for years thus major repairs were going on a that time. Construction dust was everywhere. Tewo years later this hotel has been upgraded. It looks nice. The customer service was good as a newspaper plus sitting chair were delivered to our room as requested of the front desk. Papular place for raileway and hydro works to stay overnight. Eatery is basic but ewait sgtaff were friendly. People even use the pool to swin for exercise that do not stay at the hotel but sure their rates here are much cheaper than the local YMCA. Only thing you need to warned about is there is a large pothole that needs to be fixed asap before the entrance to the front doors. Just warning the hotel managemeny in case someone sends them a repair bill to fix someone's shocks to their car.

Just wanted to take a few minutes to write a review of our experience this past weekend. Firstly the front desk staff, specifically Josh and Brad went out of their way to ensure our stay was a great one. Every interaction with these two they offered the highest level of customer service. Much better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed at. Secondly the server/bartender/waitress/games attendant and many other titles Michelle! I don't know exactly what her job title is but boy does she wear alot of hats. She provided exceptional service and was very kind to my son. She should run a course on how customer service should be!! Room was slightly dated but still very clean and we enjoyed it. On site facilities were awesome and my son enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day. The breakfast daily was great and the food in the restaurant was priced decently and quality for value very good. This was our first time there but because of all the staff and everything else it most certainly won't be our last. A job well done everyone and our thanks to you all.

The Quality inn has the most amazing front desk staff, Front desk Manager, and General Manager.
The beds were comfortable, The jetted tub jets were not working - called front desk and the front desk manager sent maintenance up in 2 mins & it was fixed- a fuse .. Very impressed with the care they give their guests! There are alot of families in hotel which makes it special.. I would return to this hotel if I am in the area. Thank you.

It was somewhere to lay our heads for the night but I wouldn’t say much more than that. Upon checking in the main lobby is actually beautiful! The restaurant and arcade are nice too but the rooms aren’t great. Our “non smoking” room smelt like cigarette so bad, We almost had to sleep with the door open. The carpets seemed dirty and So was the a/c. Bed was comfy overall but the pillows were not. The shower was dirty and had lots of mildew in the corners but other than that seemed pretty clean. We left early so we didn’t get to check out the breakfast. Would not stay again and probably wouldn’t recommend.
