Seahaven is a cozy, upscale, seaside Bed & Breakfast offering discriminating adults an atmosphere of serenity, quiet elegance, and comfort in a organic, smoke-free environment. We serve wholesome, organic food and cater to dietary needs. We are located in the historic district, close to shops but quiet with water views.
Delighted to add another 5 star review for this wonderful B & B. This was our second summer staying at Seahaven for a few days while visiting my husband's parents in St Andrews. The Bayview Room is so clean and comfortable, and an absolute highlight is visiting with Liz and Gary over breakfast. I appreciate the commitment to delicious, thoughtfully sourced food and non-toxic cleaning products. We'll keep coming back!

This is the BEST B&B experience of all time. Liz and Gary go out of their way to accommodate your every need. The rooms are perfect with private balcony overlooking the water and private baths. The ocean is just steps away. The inn is spotless, every detail is perfect. They are generous with inviting guests to use living spaces inside and outside. Liz made truly delicious organic breakfasts each day. A quiet, gentile space with truly invested owners and perfect surroundings. Staying at this B&B is a must if you are near St. Andrews.

Liz and Gary have an absolutely fantastic B&B. We cannot say enough about the hospitality, cleanliness, location, and DELICIOUS food. We could truly go on and on. The place is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. They made us feel so at home right upon arrival. Liz and Gary are rare amazing people. We arrived as guests and left as friends. Breakfasts were delicious, healthy and VERY filling. Wonderful coffee. We enjoyed both patio breakfast and ocean view breakfast inside. Our room was beautiful with our own spotless bathroom and private balcony. We brought back lobster for supper and Liz got all lobster supplies for us, made the table and even melted us butter! It was our anniversary and this was the perfect getaway. We have a new anniversary tradition for sure! We cannot wait to return! Thank you so much to Gary and Liz! Ryan & Lindsay Corey…

I cannot say enough about this B&B -- it was so fabulous. The town is charming, has several good restaurants, has many attractions, but the B&B was just amazing. Liz Irwin-Kenyon, the proprietor of the B&B was so gracious, kind, helpful, and provided perfect recommendations for things to do/where to eat--she knows quality and listens to her guests so she knows exactly how to recommend the best. The B&B was so beautiful and private. She has an artist's and designers eye for detail, and the house was immaculate and had a special, relaxing air about it.

We were two friends on our annual trip together. The Seahaven became our home for almost a week. Liz and Gary became family. The home is artfully and tastefully decorated, with every need and/or whim anticipated. Liz provided an excellent and filling breakfast every morning which eliminated our need for lunch. Gary makes terrific coffee. A healthy snack was ready for us in the afternoon. Liz provided a bounty of suggestions for hiking and places of interest. She also provided spot-on restaurant suggestions and made reservations for us. Don't miss the Rossmont. The Seahaven is located for easy walking to many places and areas of St. Andrews. Liz obviously loves St Andrews and wants to share its specialness with her guests. This wasn't so much a Bed and Breakfast as it was a home -- with people just waiting to spoil us. Thank you, Liz and Gary. You are very special people with the ability to make others feel special.…

Beautifully decorated house and room with view of the sea from the balcony. Tasty, nutritious, freshly prepared breakfasts. The house is located in this attractive little town, but in a very quiet street, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to. This is one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in in 43 years of travelling!

We travelled as 2 couples to Saint Andrews and Sea Haven was our residence for 2 days. Think of visiting your favourite aunt then double the hospitality and double the fun. Liz and Gary were the perfect hosts and most accommodating to all our needs. We had our space as lodgers would expect but Liz was generous with the warm and fuzzy at the right times. We chatted and laughed like old friends who had just met. Liz has an inimitable wit and charm and full of fun stories. Rooms are clean and spacious with evidence of attention to the smallest of details. The big breakfast is organic and we felt over served with the portions but we suspect everyone gets the same hospitable package. Thanks to Gary and Liz, our stay in Saint Andrews was a great and only too short. Eldon, Carol, Dwight and Beverly…

Seahaven was a haven to us when my husband and I rolled into St. Andrews without reservations after a straight run from Ontario. Liz, our hostess, provided a warm reception and a room at the inn for which we were most grateful. Upon our check in, we were adorned with welcome beverages and tasty treats, along with dining recommendations and reservations. Our room was beyond charming, and both tastefully and comfortably appointed. Breakfast was provided with great accommodation according to our early schedule, and not only was it deliciously and lovingly prepared, it was bountiful, enough so as to satiate my hungry-man husband. Overall, the warmth and hospitality we received was second to none. Suffice it to say, our stay at Seahaven was one of the highlights of our trip out east and it comes with our “most highly recommended” stamp of approval. Thanks to both Liz and Gary, the stars of the show. ML & R, Ontario…
