We shared melt in your mouth calamari to start. I ordered delucious tuna tartar. The pizza was loaded with flavor and perfectly done. The special was fettuccine with Alfredo sauce, mushrooms and shaved prime rib. It was delucious. All meals were plentiful enough. Perfect. Everything we had was scrumptious! They even gave us complimentary Processco because we were celebrating a birthday. Great staff, great food, lovely atmosphere. 5 stars!

We stopped here for one night on a drive from Victoria to Tofino. Friendly and helpful reception team. Nice room (King Fantastic) overlooking the beach and the Strait of Georgia. Not at all noisy even though it overlooks the QB Cafe car park and a small roundabout on the ocean road. Good breakfast choice.

We stayed here for 2 nights in July 2023. We absolutely loved the cool retro vibes of the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. We stayed on the 2nd floor, so we had a balcony with a view of the ocean. Beds were comfortable, and the robes and slippers were a nice touch (we wore them down to the pool area). There was live music on the patio both days we were there, which was an added bonus. But, you could hear the music in your room, even with the patio door closed. We had dinner both evenings at the restaurant. The food was very good, the atmosphere was very cool, and the service was amazing.

I tried the chicken appetizer. unfortunately, I did not realize it is the same dish as I had a week ago at the QBI, Qualicum. The batter coated meat is mostly chicken skin, deep fried. For the price I would expect some quality protein. The service was excellent. Hostess was lovely. Please work on the quality and presentation- a few wilted pieces of arugula under the chicken would have better left off the plate. By the way, QBI had a buttermilk chicken appetizer previously, which was much tastier than this present offering which does not match, in value, the setting and view.

This location is a lovely find. Beautiful property and excellent spacious well appointed room. Very quiet, just what we like. Disappointing that there was no breakfast here as the dining room lends itself to that. The garden and the proximity to the beach for walking is great.

Stayed with my husband for a night on a road trip. Room was super nice, neo-retro, nice toiletries, very comfy bed and in-room coffee. Very nice staff and very clean. Didn’t use the pool or gym, but both looked nice. One star off because I thought the price was little dear: breakfast not included and restaurant prices were also dear. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and a great brew pub.

I fractured my ankle during my stay and the staff were amazing. They took me to the emergency centre, stayed with me and helped me with anything I needed. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of me.

Actually we couldn't get to Ucluelet because of wildfire road closures and needed somewhere to stay for 2 nights. Accom in the area was tight because of the wildfire but they offered us a suite in their sister property half a kilometer up the road and we couldn't have been happier. The gated development has a communal seating area outside with sunbeds, seats, barbecues and a firepit. The views are supurb with sea views from the lounge area and bedroom in our suite(no 5) inside it is very well equipped with everything you are likely to need. Staff are friendly and attentive, all in all a great stay with nice memories. Thank you QBOS, the only reason I don't give a 5 is that a safe would have been hood, most people travel with passports, cash, cards, even jewellery but to be fair not many places have had a safe on this trip

We were stranded due to the recent wildfire in Hwy 4, blocking our way home to Port Alberni. Due to the uncertainty, guest services held a room for us until we knew we could not get through to the other side. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and right in the water. We aslo had dinner at the restaurant which we pricy, but worth every bite. The servicer, Josh, was excellent and even gave us a complimentary glass of champagne for our circumstance. Being a local, will absolutely so there again for dinner and will highly recommend the hotel. Thank you again

What a wonderful weekend! Four of us in ground level room, cozy for sure but the staff accommodated all of our requests! The live music was excellent, an unexpected treat. Food in restaurant was stellar! We enjoyed chatting it up with the staff. Special shout out to John, Captain Jim, Brad, Bella and Austin to name a few. Hotel is on the ocean, beautiful sunsets. Clean and new finishes. We used the hot tub and sauna too. Super happy with the experience, thanks! I will go back in a heartbeat.
