A wonderful stay where we met interesting people and had a great visit with good friends. Easy kitchen and bbq to cook with, loved coffee while watching the beach in the morning and sunsets. Comfortable sleep and enough storage for our things. Would come back again and again

There is nothing like staying in a place with the ocean at your doorstep. Cute small rustic cabins with all the amenities you need and making you feel welcome as soon as you open the door. Our cabin was exceptionally clean and very cozy with the electric fireplace to add some winter warmth to the experience. Strolling along the beach in the morning with a hot cup of coffee and soaking in the sea air is the perfect start for any day. I can't wait to come back!

Imagine lounging about with your loved one on a comfy sofa, gazing out a large sliding door toward a perfect ocean view - filled with endless sea, towering coastal mountains in the distance, and frolicking seas lions and gulls filling the silence with music... That was our daily entertainment from our lovely little cottage (#3) by the sea for a week over this past Christmas. Add to this, the genuinely warm attention of Maureen coming by most days to make sure all was well and wonderful and you can easily appreciate why we absolutely loved our stay at this clean and tidy and perfectly situated vintage resort by the sea and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

The cabins are neat, clean, and comfortable. Provide limited supplies, no shampoo, coffee, tea, or milk. Extremely noisy fridge but it was very large. Small shower but plenty of hot water. Small bathroom vanity. Full kitchen with oven, hot plates, microwave, kettle and drip coffee machine. Plenty of cutlery but no cork screw. Car parking next to or across from each cabin. Beach front with a fire pit and lovely communal area. All round OK and appropriate for the price.

How perfect to have your own two bedroom bungalow with all that you would need, including a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge/stove. Even had a bbq outside. Some of these little gems are right on the beach...just walk outside and there it is. The views are amazing, with fantastic sunrises and sunsets. These bungalows are rustic, basic, and wonderfully clean. Would not hesitate to return.

I highly recommend this little gem to anyone who wants to get away from it all. Charming cottages right on the ocean. Each cottage is individual to themselves with barbecue and lovely outdoor space. The units are comfortable and fully equipped. I had unit 6 which is a one bedroom and I loved it. The manager Maureen made my stay with my little dog welcoming and Leslie made sure I wanted for nothing. Have already booked my return for next year. Can't wait.

My wife and I have been to the Seaview twice in the last year and we love it! Maureen and staff are lovely - we lack for nothing there. A great environment for our dog to walk along the beach and only minutes from the quaint and inviting town of Qualicum Beach. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Seaview for its welcoming and relaxed atmosphere alone - but then there is the VIEW!! Whales! Sea Lions! Sea Otters! Water birds! You will not be disappointed.

We stayed in one of the cabins facing the water and couldn't have been happier. With just a few steps to a beach on which you can walk for miles. It's a beach composed of small rocks so good shoes are a must. Lots of shells and driftwood and seals playing in the water. With lots of beach chairs and a drydocked fishing boat there are lots of comfy seating spots on the beach front, with a propane firepit for cozy evenings. Cabin is well stocked, clean and cozy. A very quiet spot to relax and enjoy the ocean. Maureen the manager makes booking and check-in a breeze!

We were on our way to get married in Tofino when we found the road had been closed. Maureen and Mike were so incredibly generous: not only did they fit us in for a night, they comped our room and had a bottle of champagne waiting for us on our arrival, which was earlier than the usual check-in time. We felt so welcome and so cared for, and were so touched by their kindness. Matching their generosity was the beauty of the scenery and the well-appointed coziness of the cabins; we truly wanted for nothing. We could not imagine a better place with kinder hosts, and will be sure to return anytime we're on the island. So many thanks!
