Needed a place to stay last minute and browsed TripAdvisor. Good reviews and price point; I do have to admit I was a little leery. Years ago, I recall staying here (before the re-brand) and, though it was nice, it wasn't nice-nice, you know? Showed up around 9pm. Ample parking despite the number of vehicles in the lot. The lobby was clean and had some nice leather chairs and a water station to fill a bottle (I thought that was a nice touch). The girl at the check-in desk was friendly and attentive. It had been a long drive and I needed to use the washroom asap. There is a washroom available just down a corridor. It could have been a bit more clean but overall wasn't bad. Got to my room and was absolutely blown away. Obvious TLC has been given to upgrading the room and its fixtures. Most importantly, it was amazingly clean! It looked clean. It smelled clean. It felt clean. Absolutely wonderful. As I said, beautiful fixtures (easy chair, table, desk, bed, etc.) and a new heating and cooling unit. The room had a mini-fridge and microwave, which came in handy. The bed was super-comfy and the sheets had a pleasant texture to them. Cozy, quiet, sleep. Had some in-room coffee and went for their complimentary breakfast (voucher is from the front desk attendant). A different gal than the night shift, also cheerful, attentive, and pleasant. Breakfast was toast, eggs, sausage; very nice! Finished off my stay with a dip in the pool, a few runs down the waterslide, and a soak in the hot tub. Pool area was clean and well-maintained and the slide got my heart pounding. Check-out was fast and easy and I was on my way. It was a wonderful stay and the price was right on the money. Have stayed here in the past and as always we get great satisfaction. Easy check in,friendly staff,great food at the restaurant. Lots of places to shop in the area. Room was upgraded with no extra charge . Would recommend to everyone who want a nice place to stay

We have traveled across our country and stayed in ALOT of motels,we do have afew favorites and bcminns has just join them .Impressed with the small things in our room , multi plugin on desk ,lol paper towels ,real glasses to drink from! Beautiful coffee station, comfy bed ,place to walk dog .FABULOUS, great location. Will definitely stay here next time we're in lloyd minister. ❤

Walked in on people sleeping in our bed. Told we get discounted two days in a row, then at checkout no notes on it so denied. Got 10% coupon to use on next stay. Doubt it will happen. No chains on doors either. Housekeepers were awesome though!!!

We are here for ball tournament and was a great place to stay. Location is great if you are playing ball. Service was amazing from the time I emailed the manager to when we checked out. Service at the restaurant was good the one time we ate there. Love the fact you can text them if you need anything.

After staying a couple,of weeks and spending a small, fortune the only breakfast was a cold sandwich or egg burrito, one of the staff unlocked my door and came walking in nearly giving me a heart attack, at least I wasn't in the middle of getting dressed, her excuse was that she thought the room was empty, a couple of days before I had made a complaint at the front desk that someone seems to have been in my room. The worst is that the manager didn't even have the courtesy to call me back after I had left him a message on his personnal phone. No apologies...not a word from him about this situation.

I had the worst experience with my breakfast. They always mess up my order by either not giving me the right one, or reduced amount of what I asked. I always ask for extra eggs instead of the meat in their breakfast, but what I find out is that they don't do so even though I have talked to them constantly about it. I wouldn't reccomend the restaurant there!

The first room I got was not cleaned and I felt like entering someone else’s room by accident. My friend’s room had a dirty sheet and it made her panic due to COVID-19 concern. My friend also had an issue with WiFi connection.
