Thank you to Inn on Bennett for your flexibility with our changing needs and for the quiet, quilt-filled, safe space you have created during our NFLD adventures. If you are a BnB traveller - pursue a few days here!

No-one there on arrival, thankfully a fellow guest was there. Shared bath was dated but clean (brown bathtub and toilet). Weather was hot and no electric fan in room. Odour in room, possibly from bed quilts which are probably not washed often. Very small TV in room. Breakfast was ok. Would not stay here again nor recommend.

Amazing breakfast, great conversation with Rhonda and comfortable rooms however we were not informed when booking that we had access to the rest of the house-family room and kitchen. No one was there for check in-keys were left in mailbox-which is fine but without receiving full information when booking we felt a bit unsure in the home which is in the middle of a residential area. Would not stay here again

I was travelling for work and luckily I was booked into The Inn on Bennett. Everything was fantastic, clean and accommodating. Rhonda was very caring to mine and my friends needs. She even started early one morning just to make sure we had a great breakfast for our long day at work ahead. The home is decorated nicely giving it that Homey feeling. When Rhonda wasn't there, everything we needed was easily accessible. I highly recommend the Inn on Bennett and I promise you won't be let down!! Rhonda, if you're reading this, Sarah and Sally miss you terribly, it was a pleasure to meet you and I can't wait to see you again because I will be stopping in again at some point! I Love Newfoundland!

Traveling trough Newfoundland we booked this bed and breakfast. And I am so glad I did This was half way between. Gross Morne and St. John’s The House was awesome and the service from Rhonda you can’t get at any hotel. You get that personal touch

We received confirmation regarding our booking for a queen bed with ensuite for $129.00 plus tax for the evening of June 28th. To find upon our arrival that we were allocated, by the owner, a room with a private bath was very disappointing. We would Never book such an arrangement. We discovered that other guests were equally inconvenienced. The owner is not on site and when I emailed her she did not apologize, indicating instead that the fee for the room would not change. At the very least we expected an apology and reduction in the fee. Their manager had to deal with the fallout from us and the other guests. She handled it very professionally but, in our opinion, should never have been placed in this situation. Upon arriving home I again emailed the owner about our experience giving her another chance to make this right. I received no response.

If you have a reservation be prepared to be moved into a room that you were not booked into. I had reservations for an upstairs bedroom (reserved in April) and when we arrived at the end of June we were informed that it had been double booked and that if we wanted to stay we would have to take a basement room. Unfortunately, that room had a water heater in it that ran very noisily throughout the night. It also did not have a door on the bathroom. In general, a bad place to be forced into. The only good thing about the place is Rhonda, the lady who has to deal with all the unnecessary problems.

This B&B is located in a neighborhood just minutes away from the TCH. The innkeeper, Rhonda, is very welcoming and a delight to talk to! She also makes a delicious & filling breakfast to start off your day. Accommodations were clean and lots of room downstairs to play games, cards, etc.

We stayed four nights in the Inn on Bennett and we liked it so much. The house is beautiful, and we loved to sit outside on the deck with a coffee. Rhonda makes very good breakfasts and made our stay very comfortable. She must be a wizzard that she can manage a big place like this in such a way. We stayed in the room in the basement and the only negative comment we have is that the boiler for the hot water system for the whole B&B was located in a cupboard behind folding doors in our room and made a lot of noise when other guests took a shower, especially if that was in the middle of the night.

we were a little leary about staying here as the ownership had changed hands a month or two before our stay and we couldn't find any recent reviews, however, it turned out to be one of the nicest B & B's we stayed in during our two weeks in NL. Lovely room, sitting room, hostess, and breakfast, and is very east to get to. We would definitely stay there again.
