Designer facilities and a pleasant find after a not so pleasant stay in Gaspe. The bathroom was exquisite and I took.pics do I could maybe duplicate it in our condo. The host was charming. The was no breakfast because of covid but there was coffee, orange juice and homemade cookies!

Our hosts Denis and Benoit were fabulous! Very personable and passionate about their B&B which showed in the attention to details throughout their home and in the service.
Breakfast every morning was outstanding.
The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable and air conditioned!
We stayed for a long weekend to attend a wedding and had the most wonderful time. The golf course and beach are just minutes away.
If you wish to go to the beach, Denis and Benoit have beach chairs, umbrellas and towels for their guests!
I definitely will stay here again.
Thank you Denis and Benoit for making us feel welcome and at home!

We booked one night at L'Etoile du Havre, but decided to stay for 2 nights because of the welcome and atmosphere of the place. The house is of very striking modern design, built by Denis and Benoit themselves. It has a spacious two-level entrance gallery filled with artwork, a huge comfortable living room with a huge picture window, a baby grand piano and a level of at-home comfort not seen in the most expensive of hotels. We received a warm welcome from Benoit, who served us a glass of wine before registering! As we enjoyed our wine, soothing music wafted from the sound system and we decided on the spot to spend a second night here. The room had a large bathroom with closet and luggage rack and was in pristine condition. The bed had 4 sets of pillows to choose for your own comfort. At the excellent breakfast we had lively bilingual conversation with the other guests.

Before experiencing this bed & breakfast I had checked it on trip adviser and it was rated 100% something I had never seen on trip adviser. Now that I have been there I understand the place is new modern and just gorgeous the rooms are out of a magazine and the owners are welcoming and very friendly the breakfast was exceptional. It has to be experienced well worth the rating.

Such a nice B&B! Very accommodating to what you need. Very Clean and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast food was great. Denis is VERY talkative. That was fine for me but my husband likes to do his own thing and he's not that talkative with people he doesn't know. The host should be mindful that even though the guests speak English, they may understand French very well. The host is very outspoken about his thoughts. Overall, great stay!

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in this beautiful B&B while visiting friends and family in Bathurst. The exceptional physical amenities and the remarkable warmth of our hosts Denis and Benoit have already been well described by other reviewers. Only thing to add -- be prepared to be blown away by Denis' exuberance and openness to sharing his experiences as an Acadian artist and a Canadian patriot.

My experience with B&Bs is limited as I normally stay in more conventional hotels. However, after staying at L'Etoile du Havre, am definitely more likely to consider B&Bs in the future. The accommodations are top notch and bedrooms and bathrooms are separated throughout the house to allow for privacy. Denis is an amazing host who goes out of his way to make you feel at home. The location is ideal as it is conveniently located near the beach and golf course. You will not be disappointed.

If you're expecting a 3 star B&B, you'll be super impressed; if you're expecting 4.5 stars, it's mostly what you'd expect. The bathroom was lovely with delightful bath products and the bed was excellent; however, the rooms weren't entirely sound-proof... Ours was also quite dark and looked out onto the parking lot.

While looking for a place to get away for our mini-honeymoon,
we wanted something that wasn't far from home and that wouldn't break the bank.
We were a bit skeptical about booking at a B&B.
But with this being both our first experience at a B&B, we were pleasantly surprised.

We were greeted at the front door by the owners (Denis and Benoit), who knew us by name.
You can tell the moment you walk thru the door that Denis and Benoit goal is to make sure that you feel like extended family and this is your "home" away from home !
They are extremely friendly, warm, welcoming, radiate positive energy and are very dedicated into making this place and your experience there one of a kind.

If the one of a kind, first class customer service wasn't enough, the rooms are spotless and the beds are incredibly comfortable.(Best sleep I've had in weeks)
The place is new, modern and just gorgeous.
The rooms, washrooms and common areas are truly one of a kind and out of a magazine.
We stayed in Room #1 L'étoile Diamant which had its own tiled shower and Jacuzzi tub !
Very relaxing and great for a young married couple to get away for a few days !
