This is the third overnight stay we had in the last 4 years. Pleasant check-in, very helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool but the sites could use some work as when it rains there are puddles and standing water that makes things wet and unpleasant. Otherwise reasonably priced camping with good amenities. Will return.
While this is primarily an overnight stop for cross country travellers, it should be considered for a longer stay while you explore the WAWA area. Sites are level, not so big but not on top of one another. Showers and washrooms were clean. Reasonably priced at $40.00 for 15 amp hookup and water.
Very friendly hostess upon arrival. Lovely back in and pull thru sites with full hookups available. Heated pool!! It was 25 degrees the day we arrived and the pool was busy!! Lots of great scenic things to see in the area. Check out the biggest goose in town!!
This is a pleasant enough campground in an area with very limited facilities. The plusses: friendly staff, lots of trees, and the site, though mud and a little gravel, was actually level so we did not have to unhook. The minus was that, in my opinion, the water pressure was too low, and we ended up filling our fresh water tank and using our water pump. Our neighbor indicated he was doing the same thing. .
Nice park just off Hwy.17. The park is clean but because it's the only thing around it's really over priced. The staff are friendly. There are lots of bugs in the woods. The washrooms are clean and well kept.
