Just right. Excellent customer service. Enjoyed our stay while exploring hot springs for a soak and lake Louise. Quiet so we slept well. Food at Conrad/Don Agave was outstanding. Drinks were also exceptionally good. Clean room. Great Go Green system so option to forego housekeeping service and receive $10 coupon for restaurant. Wish that was offered everywhere.

I booked at the last minute as I got stuck in Radium, but I wasn't sure about the Prestige. I had eaten once in the restaurant last year and the Mexican food was excellent so I took a chance on the hotel. The regular rate seemed a bit high so I asked about various discounts and they did offer a reduction for AAA, so I was happy about that. Then there had been food left in the fridge in my room - but when I let the front desk know, they took care of me and made sure I was happy. After dinner I went to the front desk to ask for a pool towel but the Manager told me they were just adjusting the chemicals so I would have to wait to enjoy the hot tub - he must have seen the disappointment in my eyes because he offered me a voucher for the Hot Springs. Everything wasn't perfect, but they made things right and that gives me confidence in going back! One of the best things I will point out was they had the best haridryer in the room that I have ever seen in a hotel - makes a difference when you have long hair like I do, lol. Also, I didn't realize they were part of the Best Western group, so when I checked out, I got BW points too! I am a happy customer.

This hotel is also the owner of the cedar Motel. I had originally checked in to the Cedar Motel but that was not a fit for me so they refunded me my room, booked me in at this hotel at a discounted rate and gave us free water and discounts for our birthdays for the restaurant. The rooms are spacious, quiet and nicely decorated. The bed was comfy along with the pillows. Great location. Zero complaints.

The results of our stay were what I would expect from a Motel off the side of a hwy.
Our first night we were abruptly woken up at 10:30pm by the fire alarm. Everyone had to exit and it took 20mins for the fire department (which is next door) to arrive. The next morning I was informed that the alarm went off due to a leak in the roof that they are already aware of and that this apparently happens some times.
The hotel allows dogs which is great as we had ours as well. But the dog next door on our second night kept barking everytime it hears something. I didn’t realize it was all night until my wife informed me the next morning that it kept her up.
The sink in the bathroom backed up everytime you turned it on, it was instant water on - sink fill up. Water off slow drain. Nothing like having your used toothpaste cover the bowl. At the time I didn’t bother saying anything because the location of the room (228) is very close to the back exit and our dog is very nervous. So because it didn’t affect our sleeping I left it with the intention of informing the front desk when we left.
This might not be a deal breaker for some but if your gonna offer fresh coffee at the entrance offer coffee creamer not just packets of coffee mate. The Prestige is supposed to be a higher rated hotel, spend the money and offer coffee cream.
When I checked out I gave ample opportunity to try and see if the front desk would ask me how our stay was so I could inform them of all I have now shared, but she seemed to be not interested whatsoever told me to drop my key in the box and that I was good to go. So I offered as much in return.
Would I stay here again, no I would probably drive the extra 10mins to Invermere where there are more options. The saving grace for this hotel was the connected restaurant.
Also $63 additional fee for a dog for 2 nights is insane.

OK, this hotel is affiliated with Best Western so you get points but that is it. We booked through the BW site thinking it was one of their hotels and it is not. No free coffee (unless you are up before 8:00 am) and no breakfast (we knew that though, on site restaurant). Having said that though, the room was exactly as pictured, not an outlandish price, was clean and the bed was sooo comfy. The pool and hot tub looked great but since there was 30 kids in there, we chose not to partake. We chose not to dine in their restaurants as there are fine restaurants withing walking distance that were much more reasonably priced. Check out the Big Horn Cafe and Horsethief Pub. Both are excellent.

Room was large and comfortable. Clean and comfortable beds/linens. The lobby is uninviting...looks like you're walking into a strip mall with a small registration desk and doors to very businesses beyond that. The check in and check out staff were professional however not overly friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location is convenient and very walkable to surrounding restaurants and businesses. Stayed here due to good ratings and positive reviews and agree with those reviews. Nice touch...they acknowledged our celebrating our 40th anniversary with a card and gift basket in our room. Very much appreciated!

If you want to stay in a dated overpriced hotel this is for you. From paper thin walls to housekeeping gossiping and banging outside your door from 7:30am onwards. When you voice your concerns with the front desk you don’t get an apology just excuses. At breakfast be prepared for the most expensive toast and eggs you will ever eat but you will need to hunt down and waitress to get your bill - so you can enjoy your day.

As a fairly new above knee amputee, I am quickly learning that not accessible rooms are the same. The size of the room for negotiating around was great. The roll in shower was very large and was easy for my husband to use being able bodied. Those are the good things. The shelves for your soap and shampoo are on the far side of the shower, you would need extra long arms to reach them. But the real issue is there is no grab bar by the toilet. This made standing and transferring difficult when not wearing my prosthetic leg, which is overnight. Adding that small item would make a world of difference.

We were a family of four had to wait about an hour for the room, we had one small dog, got to the room had to order moretowels and glasses. Price was rediculous $400. The indoor pool had no changing room, just one bathroom. Would not reccomend thischotel flr the overaul experience no breakfast included or discount breakfast. The town of Radium is boring other than the hot springs.

The hotel is located right at the junction of Hwy 93 & Hwy 95. It has ample parking, but most of it is a good walk from the front entrance. Room key access via the side doors was not working when we were there. It has an attached restaurant. The lobby is clean and the staff professional. Our room was a good size, with all of the expected amenities except for a microwave oven. There were enough power outlets scattered around the room to recharge all of our devices. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Because of COVID, the hotel does require masks when you are outside your room or in the lobby. Breakfast was not included with the room, and after looking at the restaurant menu, we decided to eat elsewhere. The hotel is on the expensive side, which is to be expected in a resort location like Radium. I would stay here again.

Hi Scott,
Yes it is, there are plates that you push to automatically open the entrance and exit main doors. There is also a lift to the first floor. When you book could I suggest you ask for a room on the same floor as the reception. The bar and restaurant are also on this level.
Hope you have a great time.
Regards
