Very pleasant stay. Easy fast check in. The only issue was that the parking lot was full of ice so that was a real hazard. Buffet breakfast was good, spacious seating, all the regular choices, eggs, cereals, pastry, eggs, sausages, home fries. Boston Pizza is right beside hotel and is walkable, Metro grocery store also within walking distance. Easy access to the highway. Would stay again , this was our 2nd stay there.

This hotel is located perfectly for travellers like us who were travelling on route to the east coast. For those who are visiting Quebec City, this location requires you to drive 20-25 min to the city so please note.

I like about this hotel for its cleanness. No carpet floor in the room that makes it look clean. The room was spacious. Bed and pillows are firm and sleep quality was good. However you can tell that it’s been dated - one of the lamp’s switches is broken, and the bathroom switch is off its position. But overall it is a great stay.

Breakfast was free and the quality was good. Friendly staff and they continue to fill the items. Great breakfast experience also.

Overall, this was a great stay. It is not a 5-star hotel but the experience was very pleasant. Great hotel to suggest.

We have always stayed in this hotel on our visits to the Québec City/Lévis area. The staff are very nice, and speak great English for those who cannot speak French. The rooms are fairly large, and meets the needs of anyone. The view from the rooms on the back side of the hotel are great, facing the two bridges. The pool/spa is a decent size, and the hot tub is a jacuzzi hot tub. Breakfast is very great. Location of this hotel is amazing, with a gas station, restaurant, and Tim Hortons in the parking lot. With a two minute drive there are many gas stations, fast food places, restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. The bridges to Quebec City are only a three to five minute drive away. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel is inconsistent. We have stayed here four times on our travels between Ont and NS and we have met good front desk staff and also very impolite ones. Rooms are ok, some have broken closet doors or leaking fridges. Our last room smelled heavy with air freshening spray. Almost unbearable. We stay for convenience but recently they jumped their pet fee from $25 extra a night to $50 a night! 100% increase? Absolutely greedy and ridiculous. I’m paying for the room anyway, what difference is it if I have one small dog vs three unruly kids? My dog is not using the shower, the lights, or eating the complimentary breakfast. Shame on this owner for gouging people. There are better hotels than this one. Show this owner that greed will not be rewarded.

Stayed August 2024. Check-in and out was easy. Room was clean, beds and pillows comfortable. The high ceilings are very nice. Front desk lent us a block as there’s no usb port in the room. A very good breakfast with loads of variety served with a smile.

We really wanted to swim. Hot tub was hot. Pool water was not moving and had gobs of hair and spit floating on top. Went to the desk for a chat and the next morning water was moving and clear and we could smell the chlorine so someone had attended to it. Too late for us so we were disappointed but hopefully the next guests enjoyed it.

Overnight stay - would have been better in a tent at a local campground. Lobby in hotel had a terrible odour, which permeated the entire hotel. We were on the 4th floor and the odour was just a pungent. I'm assuming a cleaning agent used due to Covid? Wallpaper was peeling off the wall, pillows were lumpy and resembled cheap sofa cushions. AC was set at 18C, the bedding and two seater sofa were damp - cleaning agent again? I would NOT recommend this facility.

Just Ordinary nothing good or excellent. Curt staff at reception. Do not offer complimentary water bottles in the room. On ask of water bottles came the reply- please draw from bathroom taps water is drinkable. Would have checked out next very moment hadn't it been a group excursion

What a nice hotel for a one night vacation stop over. Front desk staff was kindly. Rooms are a good size. Bathroom fairly spacious. Clean. Fridge and microwave. Once you’ve entered the room you can pull up right outside the room and use sliding door to bring in luggage. I’d recommend.

Nice hotel. Bathroom needed some sprucing up- shower drain backed up and tile was dirty- however the non carpet floor was very nice and so was the rest of the room! The carpets in the hallway were absolutely filthy. Pool is small but clean and the hot tub worked great. Breakfast was delicious. Every one was courteous and pleasant. All in all exactly what we needed- a pleasant over night stay while traveling through the area.

The first room we were given had a very strong smell of cleaning fluid, making my husband's eyes water very badly. The friendly staff offered a different room, which had a better smell. Very clean, comfortable bed, huge rooms with disproportiately small furniture and a dated look, but well kept. A/C very loud.
Breakfast got us started for the day, but it would be nice if they switched to china from all the paper and plastic.
Parking was ample and there are a couple of chain restaurants in walking distance.
