The service and quality was exceptional. They really know what their guest expect. The little extra’s the I really liked was having the sleep masks on our pillows, a Keurig in the room with two mugs instead of the paper cups. The breakfast was great with a good selection’s, the girls were constantly cleaning and filling the trays. They should consider putting a tip jar in view for them as they also work very hard. Most hotels that we stay in provide tip jars. Same as leaving housekeeping a tip even after only one night stay. Will book this hotel again next year.

We were very happy with our one night stay, and would be glad to return when in the area. The breakfast room provided Van Houtte coffee and good non-disposable dishes and silverware, which we really appreciate. Overall, we found the quality to be excellent for the price.

I appreciate this hotel. It has clean, bright, spacious rooms. Nice clean smells, vibrant sheets and towels, really makes the room comfortable. Bathroom had counterspace, lots of towels and a good shower. Our room was on the top floor with a king bed overlooking the hwy but you could hardly hear anything. AC worked great and was cold!

My spouse and I slept well. Heavy curtains blocked the sun until we woke up at 9 am. Breakfast at 915 am was busy but we found a table to eat. Waffles and OJ were good! Coffee during and on departure is free.

The night before we had a very late dinner at Rotisserie Scores and it was delicious (chicken, ribs, poutine, sweet potato fries). The staff was friendly and quick. We took dessert to go back to our room (don't forget utensils). 2 min walking distance.

Highly recommended for your next stay in the local area. Even if you are going to Quebec City. Hop the ferry, you will save 50% on your hotel and years off your life from not driving, and parking, in Quebec City. ;)

On Wednesday July 14th, 2021, my wife and I arrived at our booked destination the Quality Inn & Suites Lévis situated at 5800 rue des Arpents in Lévis, Québec.

We arrived around 2:58 pm, and for check-in we’re welcomed by the friendly front desk staff. Our room was already available, so it was easy and quick at getting our magnetic room key. Safety protocols under Covid-19 were well established at this hotel, face covering requirements were ongoing and we felt secure in this environment.

The front lobby, elevator and corridors were impeccably clean. Our 4th floor King bedroom was accessible by elevator. From our bedroom window we could see the front parking lot with free parking and nearby restaurants, such as Scores. The room itself, was bright and colorful and was clean and well prepared. Later that afternoon, after booking a time slot we enjoyed swimming in the heated indoor pool. Next morning, we enjoyed a free continental hot breakfast with lots of variety and before leaving the premises, the front desk made sure we got our invoice statement by email.

We do appreciate Choice Hotel’s preferred customer savings rate, would recommend the Quality Inn & Suites Lévis and would rate our stay as 5 stars.

Hotel has been recently updated. The room was bright, clean, fresh with huge soaker tub and shower with rain feature. The bed was comfy and we had a per friendly room which had a bowl, blanket, bed and treats for our little dog. The room also had a fridge, microwave, refrigerator and a little table for us to eat on. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We took advantage of the free breakfast which was delicious, eggs, sausages, beans ,yogurt, boiled eggs, toast, cereal etc. Very nice and would stay again. We stayed in Room 202.

Out of all Choice hotels, we usually stay at Comfort Inns. I looked several times at Quality Inns, but reviews were worse than for Comfort Inns. This time reviews were good, and the price was also better than the Comfort Inn nearby, so I decided to give it a try.

As soon as we entered the hotel we were surprised with the nice décor. Everything looked new. The room was great, super clean and had everything we needed. Nice coffee, real coffee mugs and real glasses. This is more convenient, than plastic or paper cups. The carpet was very clean. Bathroom was spotless and had a shower with a hose, which I also liked. The hotel has small, but cozy swimming pool. But the best surprise was the soundproofing. My guess the hotel has good quality windows. You could not hear anything from the street, doesn’t matter if you are in the room, in the hall or anywhere else. Walls and doors were good too as I didn’t hear neighbors or people in the corridor. Bed was comfortable and due to no sound from outside of the room we had a very nice sleep. When I asked at the reception, how old the hotel was, that it looks so new, I was told it is 10 years old and major renovation was done 5 years ago. 5 years is a long time for a hotel do have sports and scratches here and there, but this hotel doesn’t have any. I had a feeling the renovation was done just this year. Looks like there is a great maintenance team that keeps the hotel in a very good condition.

Another surprise waited us in the breakfast room. Real plates and the cutlery. Maybe it is me, but when I see this, I feel more like I am having breakfast in a restaurant, not a hotel. Paper plates and plastic cutlery, kind of lowering the experience. Great choice of hot food, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, beans. Waffles. There were also boiled eggs, fruit salad and other stuff. Very good and tasty breakfast.

I am not sure if there are other Quality Inns like this, but I will do more research next time on Quality Inns as we really liked it. It looked several levels higher than any Comfort Inns we stayed before, though Quality inns considered to be more budget option. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will for sure stay there next time I will be in this area.

We were in the renovated rooms.
Excellent cleanliness in the room and the hotel. Shower in renovated rooms. Very wide variety at unlimited lunch (waffle, pancake, egg, sausage, potato, toast/baguel, pastries/muffin). Coffee and juice machine available 24 hours.
Cons: pool water not very hot and Chromecast difficult to operate on the TV.

The Quality Inn in Levis is the perfect place to overnight on a trip between the Maritime’s and Ontario. The hotel is right beside the highway, there is a family restaurant within walking distance, gas station and convenience store one block away and a full grocery store right up the street.
The hotel is modern, well kept and very clean. The staff is excellent and will attend to you in both official languages. We have stayed here the last two years and it has been consistently great.

Even the guy at the front desk on checkout said this is a 2 star hotel.

When I went to check out he didn't speak to me. Handed me the statement and just scowled. When I told him I wasn't happy with the stay he just told me that if I wanted 5 star treatment I shouldn't book a 2 star hotel! He had absolutely no interest in hearing suggestions on how it could have been better, he just wanted us to be on our way.

Note: they don't have anything gluten free for their included breakfast (in fact half laughed when I asked).

Note: although there are 2 EV chargers, you may not get to use them. They have no system to ensure people don't just plug in and leave their car there over night.

Note: if you want customer service or any semblance of respect I suggest you try the Econolodge in Levis. They may not have a breakfast included, but they go out of their way to show actual hospitality.

Will not be returning to the "2 star hotel" at an inflated price.

It was really hard to find a hotel in Quebec city, never being there made it confusing of locations. The only negative I would have given is the site says its 12.2 miles from Quebec city but it takes atleast 30 mins depending on the traffic to get into the city.
Now to the positive the
1.hotel was spotless from the lobby to the room. Our room was ready when we got there and it exceeded our expectation. We got a corner king suite. Obviously the view is not much to speak of because it's off the highway (which was ok for us because it was easy to find) we kept the shades closee to block out sun and noise but there are 3 large windows to make the room bright and welcoming.
2. Electric fire place is a nice touch we didnt utilize it much but it did make a good "night light" since the bathroom is down the hall it gives just enough light to not wake you up.
3.the bathroom was AMAZING there is a large soaker 2 person tub with jets and a seperate shower with 3 zone jets makes you feel so clean! The only trouble was figuring out how to adjust the water but I think that was a us thing and we eventually got it.
4. The breakfast is great large spread of hot and cold items. It certainly provides enough to keep you full until lunch
There is a pool we did not utilize.
Overall I've stayed in a lot of hotels in different countries/states and usually the photos or details are not as accurate as I would like. This hotel made sure details were accurate as well as photos although I dont think a photo can show how awesome our room was.

From what I understand you can stay in their "Pet Friendly" rooms but you must pay 25.00 and let them know in advance os staying to make sure there IS a room available that accepts pets. We are working on that now.
